My appointment was scheduled fast and I was given the date I requested with no issues. My wait time was what I was told on the call and when I dropped off my vehicle. They kept me updated with a personal call as well as a video from my technician with my car included which I truly appreciated. My technician Michael was professional and informative. I made an appointment to have a tire repaired. I arrived early, as I usually do, but had to wait past the appoint time to get checked in. Once that hurdle was overcome, the rest of the process went rather smoothly. I thought the price was fair, all things considered. I was treated with respect and even informed of available discounts without having to ask.

One star for recommending NWR Auto Glass in Tampa to replace windshields. Waste of time. I'd think you'd be able to assist customers in replacing windshields but I guess not. Tip for any Mercedes owners who need a windshield replaced: DO NOT go to NWR.

Somebody I know went here to buy a car. They get him approved after pulling his credit multiple times and say they'll hold the car for a day for him. They then sold it to somebody else who came in. Classic scummy manager practice from dealerships.

Despite a frustrating experience I want to give props to my sales rep Vinnie Antonello who is the BEST BEST BEST sales rep I've ever dealt with at an auto dealership. 5 stars for him as a sales rep. He stayed late 2 days in a row for me including on his day off I have absolute nothing bad to say about him. Also from what I can tell the finance manager works hard to get approvals. That's about where the good ends and the rest of it was pretty downhill.

We went in for service questions on 03/11/23, no intention, whatsoever, to buy a "new to us" car BUT we were lucky enough to be greeted by Rodney Pickens at Wesley Chapel Mercedes who deftly answered all our service questions and only had to ask "Anything else I can assist with" before we knew it we were looking at the CPO cars on the lot and drove away with a gorgeous Arctic white C300 with dual colored leather interior and we now find reasons to drive everywhere! The car is comfortable, sporty, quick and looks are beyond compare. Starting to thing the S63 will feel abandoned becoming the "weekend" car. LOL! Can't recommend Wesley Chapel Mercedes enough, great facility, wonderful, friendly staff in all departments. We will definitely be repeat customers!

We went in on 03/11/23 to ask some questions about servicing our S63. Salesperson, Rodney Pickens, welcomed us immediately engaging in conversation, answering all our service questions, effortlessly, and was very knowledgeable on the Mercedes car lines, so much so, that we ended up buying another Mercedes, a C300, the same day! Our finance specialist, Daniel, was equally as wonderful and helpful. We can't recommend Rodney and Daniel enough and they are truly assets to Mercedes Benz of Wesley Chapel!!

Update post last review: The service manager took the extra effort to reach out post my last review and offered a complimentary detailing service. If you had a bad experience, and if you review it they reach out and make sure they fix it. So giving a 4/5 rating. The service center offers average service compared to the one in Dale Mabry Ave. I have been going to this place since 2021 for service, but every time there is always one complaint for me. The Tampa showroom always offers a loaner car whereas this location always comes up with reasons like pandemic, no available cars for months ahead and so on. When I went for tire replacement last year, the advisor gave me an estimate no a quote before. I had lost it and asked for another one again, and the numbers were different and pricey the next time within a gap of a month. When I asked about it, he changed it to the old numbers saying it was a mistake. Today, I had the worst experience because i originally had an earlier appointment to which I could not make it on time. So, I had rescheduled it to a time later from their website. They have some bug on their site and it said my appointment was updated whereas it sent me an email with invalid instructions. But, since the website said I had successfully made it, I went ahead and was there on time. But they said they cannot do anything about it. Waste of time and gas! If you are looking for service options, PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE AND GO TO THE ONE IN TAMPA. Edited: Ended up going for the Service B for my Mercedes car since it was the closer option. When I picked the car up, it was not even washed or vacuumed as said by the service associate who I worked with. Would not recommend this place for service again !

I purchased my car at this dealership almost seven years ago and have had it serviced no where else since. We dropped our car off for service this morning. We had an appointment and it should be a matter of pulling up, handing your car keys to a service attendant who verifies your appointment, checks your info, has you sign the iPad for service release, and then you could be on your way. We had to wait 35 minutes for a service advisor so we could repeat what we already communicated when we made the appointment and sign a piece of paper. You go to a Mercedes dealership to get the best service in the industry, If I wanted to waste my time I could do it for much cheaper somewhere else. Thirty five minutes may not seem like a lot, but it matters if you’re on your way to work, have limited time, and a hectic schedule. This should be drop and go. Disappointed.

When making an appointment, I was informed that because it was a Sprinter van, I could drop it off but NOT wait for it at the dealer. I was assured that I would be able to get a free automobile loaner for the day. On the day of appointment I was told that NO loaner was available because I was servicing a Sprinter. After considerable talking with the service writer, I was finally handed to the service manager named Paul. Paul got my vehicle in and repaired very quickly. Paul=GOOD. Phone resevation and service writer=POOR.

This dealer has extremely high service prices compared to other Mercedes dealers in the area. Service A is $570 here vs $225 at Mercedes of Tampa. Service B is $714 here versus $570 at Mercedes of Tampa. You’ll save hundreds by going to Tampa. While there, peruse their selection of cars (see how good business works?).

My service guy Mike was awesome from start to finish. He made sure he understood my concerns and answered any questions I had. My service appt was to last a few days, but thankfully they for my car I?m and out the same day. Mike explained this was not the norm, but I as grateful to have my car back same day before work. Thank you to all the employees who greeted me the second I drove up with a smile ready to help me. The service department is exceptional.

Don't waste your time with these guys. Spent all day trying to get a simple purchase agreement so I could get a check for them, they offer far below market value for trade vehicles and are terrible at the most basic communication with calls/texts going unanswered. They will not accommodate a remote vehicle closing (even thought their website says they will) or a spouse with a power of attorney for a vehicle purchase without playing games with the end goal of using high pressure tactics to sell extended warranties and other dealer added products. They are a typical high pressure car dealership with ZERO focus on customer service, a turn and burn operation.

Wesley Chapel Mercedes Benz is the best dealership I have experienced in my car ownership years (I?m 72 years young). Thomas Allen is an exceptional service manager and representative of this dealership. The service tech Ed sent me a video of my vehicle in the service area and explaining the services he performed. My vehicle was serviced and detailed when I picked it up. I had a special trickle charge device installed and Thomas explained how to us it. He is very knowledgeable and professional. The office/cashier staff are very friendly and efficient. An all around outstanding customer service experience that exceeded my expectations.

Watch out with this place. They play with numbers and cheat you!!! I had to walk out. They gave me a number for my trade in a z06 vette, when I arrived They tried to lower saying my tires were bad. I told them impossible as I bought them 2 months prior so they said ok. When the fi al paperwork arri ed they said my payoff was higher then what it was so I called the ba k on speaker and also had the bank fax to them my payoff. They said they will not honor that payoff. I asked for my keys back. Again watch out for this place.

Terrible Terrible service and bad customer service from Darrell. Car brought in for a engine light on. They replace a something in the engine will update it later. Few days later, i see oil in our new home driveway. Opened up the hood to find out a lagoon swimming pool of oil on top. To later think of the danger for my wife and both my babies when shes out driving. Whoever is doing service, must of lied in their resume. This is dangerous.

This was my first experience at Mercedes Benz of Wesley Chapel. Also, I am new to owning a Mercedes Benz. My GLE was ready for service and plugs, and I had previously contacted a shop Forman I knew that worked at MBWC. He (Michael K) put me in touch with Susan C (Service Advisor). Susan explained everything that was going to be done to my GLE in a professional manner without any hint of dismissiveness nor “I am better” demeanor. The dealership is fairly new, large, and very nice. I was issued a loaner since the GLE was spending the night. I was also advised of the cost of my service. I picked up my GLE the next day and it felt brand new (it is a 2018), and it was spotless!!! Thank you MBWC for making me feel comfortable in choosing you to service my GLE.

As with all car dealerships, IMO, there is the pressure of buy it now or it could be gone tomorrow! Then there is the relentless back and forth, as if they don't already know the answers they are going to ask "their manager". Then when you want to trade in a car, they want it for nothing, but yet the one they sell you is worth a million dollars. I bought a used car, should have waited longer to purchase it, and it obviously was not sent through the shop to be properly detailed and readied for proper sale. Especially at a high end dealership, like Mercedes of Wesley Chapel. Bottom line? I would definitely buy a vehicle here again, and probably will, but always go home and sleep on it. The car will be there tomorrow, if it isn't, it was not meant to be. Ask for Rodney Pickens from sales if you go there. Super Nice guy.

My salesman Ray Cannon was the best. When I test drove the vehicle everything was perfect. dealing with Eddie the so called manager was difficult there was a scratch on the passenger side door that needed to be repaired Eddie would not pay for the repair only half so I paid 225 so did Mercedes of WC. when I drove the car home the next morning I saw there was a chip in the windshield I called Ray and he said Eddie said they were not responsible for that. It was either an overlook on my part or it was chipped after i test drove it. Again Ray Cannon is the best I can’t say the same for Eddie

Horrible experience trying to schedule a service appointment. I always had a great experience at other locations where they either provide service to drop you back home or at least call a uber for you. But this lady said I have to wait for the service to be done. When I told her I either get dropped off home in one of their cars or they call uber. She said they can do only if you are 15 miles from their location and I was 20 mins away. I never experienced this horrible service from Mercedes before. So I didn't schedule the service with them. Mercedes Benz, if you are listening they are killing the brand name. I will call the main Mercedes Benz number to report this. Stay away from this location as I couldn't trust them servicing my car well either.

It was my first time there , and was pleasantly surprised at the helpfulness and kindness that was shown to me after I pulled in with no appointment. My dash was telling me to pull over and keep the car running, which I did not understand. I was at least 3- 4 hours from my home and was a basketcase.!! Mike immediately assured me that it was nothing they couldn't fix to get me on the road again safely. It turned out to be the battery, and they replaced it, gave the car a wash and I was on my way....

My Service Advisor was Mike Nankovitch. Mike was very informative and was very honest and that is rare in advisors now a days as everyone is always looking to upsell you on things that you may not need. Mike let me know that things I though I may have to change/replace wad normal activity and nothing additional was needed. Thank you Mike for everything and you definitely deserve more than 5⭐️’s.

First of all no one has the variety and options that they have, and second, you do get the white glove service at this dealership. Only the best and knowledgeable people work there. We have called numerous times and our service manager - who we have had for many years - refuses to call back. He specifically said we need a 60k service, which we did AND purchased 4 new tires. A week later the service engine came on for an oil change. I can't get any answers from anyone so I'd say in the past few years, their service has gone downhill.

Dealership listed a used BMW for sale on their website that I was interested in. I contacted the used department by phone and email and was told the car was available. I drove over an hour to look at the car and fell in love. I test drove the car and decided it was exactly what I was looking for. I told the sales person (Ashley, who was super helpful in every way) that I wanted to buy the car. She was happy, I was happy, so far a great experience. I wasn't looking to trade my car in but she asked if she could work up a trade value just in case I was interested. I said sure but I was ready to pay cash and wasn't going to haggle on the price. A few minutes goes by and then 10 and then I start to wonder what's taking so long. I then see Ashley walking back towards me with a man in tow. He introduces himself as Eddie the Used Car Manager and tells me "we have a situation." He then proceeds to tell me how another customer came in the night before to buy the car but couldn't get the financing they were looking for. Ok, not my problem, I'm buying the car. He then tells me he went looking for better financing for that customer that morning without informing anyone in his department that he was doing so. Bottom line, I can't buy the car. I'm speechless and poor Ashley looks mortified. The manager then tells me an anecdote about how this same thing happened to him recently while trying to buy a Mustang. His story does nothing to fix the fact that I drove over an hour away to buy the car. He then says he's going to make it up to me and wants to find a similar car for me but then gets up and walks away with no information on how he's going to do that. Ashley, does a search for a similar BMW in the area and of course there isn't anything available. She apologizes profusely and says she had absolutely no idea the sales manager was holding the car for someone. She leads me to the door and out I go crushed because I had the exact car I was looking for and Eddie wouldn't sell it to me. Worst car buying experience in 35 years. Worst part, it was my birthday and I was buying the car for myself as a present for recently surviving a leukemia diagnosis. I called and asked that the GM call me so I can discuss the situation. So far I haven't heard from anyone.

I am so disappointed. I am not one to write bad reviews however the lack of customer service from the manager down is truly disappointing. I Took my car in for service and while on the highway my hood started moving. I pulled over and my hood was not properly closed. When I arrived home my husband noticed all our Mercedes stem valve covers missing, 2 wheel cap covers mismatched, 2 Mercedes brake caliper covers missing. I called, left 2 messages and sent an email with pictures and no one had the courtesy to return the call. Thomas and his service manager informed the receptionist to tell me to bring the vehicle back in. I did this to only be told there is nothing they can do. When I brought my vehicle into this dealership all parts were on my car. I go to a Mercedes dealership to avoid receiving subpar service however this dealership proved me wrong. These parts can easily be replaced however it’s the principle behind it that’s bothersome and the lack of customer service exhibited. This is not over.

Do not buy an extended warranty from here!!! They will never call you back if you have an issue. We are owed a refund from a warranty we had when we sold the car. We purchased the vehicle from this Mercedes dealer. Our previous service had been done at this Mercedes dealer so on this particular time we called to make an appointment to get the scheduled service done. My wife planned on waiting for it but when she made the appointment they adamantly said no you cannot wait my wife said no I’m waiting for it and once again adamantly no you cannot wait for it so rather than argue, she said OK made arrangements to be picked up drop vehicle off got picked up I didn’t hear anything else about the vehicle until she was on her way back to pick it up and they said oh we forgot we’re supposed to do spark plugs and we can’t do it today. Well we dropped it off to have everything done today do you have a vehicle I can borrow? No we don’t. Sorry, we live 45 minutes from this dealership so needless to say our vehicle was stuck there overnight with no compensation so far I’m not very happy with their service department when we made the appointment since all the service had been done there previously they should’ve realized what needed to be done and I waited to the last minute to find out. Oh, is there anything else that we have to do to this vehicle?

I had appointment at 11:20AM. The host checked me in and asked to wait for the advisor. I waited for 15 minutes for the advisor, Darrel William, to take me in. After 1 hour 20 minutes waiting, he told me that they cannot do the alignment with spacers on. I will have to pay $200 to remove the spacers and put them back on when the alignment is done. I refused the service. I tried to tell him the previous dealer I went to did the wheel alignment with the spacers without the problem. My research revealed that alignment can be done with spacers on. I tried to talk to the advisor but he ignored me. $200 to remove the spacers is extreme. When I received my car back, the steering wheel is pointing to 9 o'clock.

Was thrown out for trying to buy a second key with registration/title in hand. Dealership cited a policy/practice that is made up so they didn't have 'one more thing to do for the day.' They even cited that it was past 4p and typically this is when they 'wind down.' Dealership leadership was unresponsive--still trying to reach AutoNation to get someone there to return call. It is a shame this beautiful facility is directed by leadership that believes customers (the people paying the bills) do not matter. You would be better to buy a used Mercedes from the worst dealership on that planet than step into this facility and face the apathy of every leader and responsible party. Mercedes should be ashamed that their symbol flies on facade!

He went above and beyond and was always punctual and quick to respond to me via text and call. For our 30th Anniversery, my wife and I decided on an SUV as our "gift". We stopped at MB of Wesley Chapel just before they were closing, to look. We found a vehicle we liked. Many thanks to Claude Gourzong & Edens Mesidor for helping us during & after the purchase. Update: Today, I received an unsolicited email from another sales rep from this dealership, trying to get me a trade in a vehicle I've owned for less than a month. I'm not sure if it was the same sales rep who walked up to me, trying to get me to "upgrade" my recently purchased vehicle while it was in for a minor repair. Lost a star for these actions. This review is on regular annual maintenance check up only. They are great in keeping up with the annual check up by notifying via email. The appointment reminder is also notified via email in several different times prior to the appointment, you can't miss it. Just recently, they started emailing a short video record from the mechanic with the quick "summary" on the findings on the state of the service call, I thought was a very nice extra service. All the staff members are very courteous, professional and friendly, the whole process is a very satisfying experience, so far.

as a woman buying a car without a man in tow, it is risky not being taken seriously and/or being pawned off with something not really wanted. My experience at MB was just the opposite to their credit. The salesman listened to me and produced the perfect, certified vehicle. He knew exactly what would make my face light up. The car was so well taken care of by the dealership it looked new. It drives extremely well and I feel reassured it is not going to leave me on the side of the ride, looking for assistance. Everyone at the dealership appears really proud to be associated with Autonation. That's a good sign.

When asked what was included in the $1700 repair/oil change the $50 air ?cleansing? refresher service wasn?t mentioned, I also didn?t realize that they charge $9.95 to install the wipers that they charge 50 for and EVERYWHERE else installs with purchase. They did remove the $9.95. Ask upfront about ALL of the services included in the quote just to be informed.

Our salesman (beginning to end) was wonderful (Thanks, Howard). However, our experience with the customer service department has been horrific. We purchased our Sprinter as a mobility vehicle, and despite being 5 months old, we’ve had to get it serviced twice for the same issue, within the past month. They were not empathetic or understanding with our situation of not being able to bring my wheel chair bound child to appointments. Our service advisor, Thomas, did not communicate with us, thus we had to push for information. When we called asking for an update (after we were promised we’d have our vehicle the following day), we were met with disrespect and attitude. If you need to have your car serviced, bring it to another location. Do NOT get your car serviced here.

Rodney was my sales man, very friendly and nice person. Unfortunately I had very bad experience. I made an appointment a day before to see the Mercedes suv. At my arrival they were not able to find the car keys it took them 20 minutes. It was 2019 model they said we need to replace the tires and it would be ready around 2pm next day. I told them I have to return my rental car tomorrow, are you sure it would be ready, Rodney said “yes”. They were not able to deliver the car on that day. I spoke to manager several time and she was not sure when the car would be ready . The day after Rodney called me said your car would be ready by 11:30am. By 11:30am car was ready but they were unable to find car mats. Since I have to go out of town for 3 days. I took the car without mats. I will be back to the the dealer this Monday, let’s see what happen. Looks like they are highly disorganized. I am sorry but that’s the reality.

What was represented as a 3 hour treatment took over 4 hours. A recommendation was made to have 4 rims and 4 tires replaced at a cost of over $8,000. The mechanic who made the recommendation never spoke to me and I was given no specific details about the problems, only his conclusions. I have asked for pictures of any defects and haven't received a response from the dealer. I have already found a much cheaper remedy even if the mechanic is correct. Mathew, my rep, did what he could to be helpful and he is not part of the problem.

Brought in for schedule B annual service. Appointment making was quick and easy. The RV was serviced the same day. We picked it up after the weekend. The cost of the service was less than we expected. It should be good for another year. We had problems the past year and off and on since purchasing the RV. It kept getting check engine lights. Service here in Florida has been fine, but up in Maine, our other house, there are only two dealerships which work in Sprinters. The last visit in Maine tied up the RV for 2 months and we had a new DPF filter installed. It has been fine ever since.

I purchased a car and noticed it didn?t come with an owners manual! I told Eddy the email wasn?t going to work and I wanted a book for the car and he hung up on me. Never ever buy a car from here. They?re nice to you up front to get your money but afterwards they don?t care about you or the car.

I was transferred to the receptionist who took my name and number. I waited an hour before I called back and the Receptionist hung up on me 3 times. The manager called me back finally. He emailed the owners manual which isn’t what I wanted. I’m looking to scroll through a book to find out how to program the garage remote not online catalog. When I shared that with him the manager hung up on me. I strongly advise not to buy a car from here. The customer service is horrific.

VERY Poor service department. I set an appointment for on open emissions recall for my wife’s vehicle. Was told I would have to pay a $250 for diagnostics due to the check engine light. I had it checked outside of the Mercedes dealer, was told it was due to the recalled emissions system and to take it to Mercedes. I even have an extended warranty. Total scam of a dealership!! Definitely will be going to another dealership when my wife upgrades her vehicle.

Different treatment with/without extended warranty. No decency and reliable service from the premium price paid. We have been using this dealer 6 years for our 2016 E350. We had extended warranty all the way through July 2022. In April 2022 the check engine light went on. The repair was done to the engine mount. But right after receiving the car back we noticed loud noise when accelerating. We took the car back in, asked the noise to be checked, but was told that "the tech could not find any issues with the engine or abnormal noise". OK we thought it might be just our perception but it went on until we have to drop off the car for a tire replacement in October. I asked the engine noise to be checked again, this time we were told repairs are needed for engine and transmission mount (they did the repair in April), leak in the cam covers, link for suspension etc. That's big price tag 3 month after our warranty expired, and a diagnosis request for the same engine/noise issue. They refused to get engine mount covered under now expired warranty, even though I had text message for the same issue with service advisor back in April. We also have to pay extra $300 for diagnosis on top of tire replacement that was not disclosed to us, because I agreed that repairs under $300 without authorization. They said this $300 limit is for each repair/inspection item, not the total repair cost.

Worst car experience I’ve ever had. I’ve purchased 5 vehicles and this has been the worst. Lied to on FaceTime video to see car and was sold what seems to be a lemon even with carfax not showing it. Delayed/run around responses and been trying to contact the GM since purchasing. Chips/scratches that were agreed upon to fix have not been scheduled. Pre owned certified and another Mercedes dealership is saying I need new tires and haven’t driven anywhere but home since buying. Nobody is making this right at Wesley Chapel and keep getting the runaround. I have purchased does, Chevy, and Nissan and have never experienced this much trouble at any dealership before. I would give 0 stars if possible. Let me know when your GM will contact me. It’s been over 2 weeks and nobody will transfer/have Jerry Kerr call me back. You always give me someone else. I’m fed up with this.

Stay away from these people. The lady we purchased the car from is no longer here, she lied to us from the beginning. She sold us a $4k extended warranty, told us it covered stuff that we found out it did not cover. We purchased a $44k car a year ago, it has 40k miles on it. It is leaking profusely from the sunroof. The dealership tells us they can't help because the 4 year old warranty is up. No $44k car should leak unless it is a manufacture defect or an dud. The people Matt (service manager to finance manager (Sam) has blamed Mercedes of Clearwater for not servicing the car properly. It does not matter the issue, we purchased from Wesley Chapel. Again no car should be leaking unless there are major issues. I would not recommend going to this place to get lied to, or buying a car from this place. Everyone here was nice until we bought the car, then when there is an issue they do not return phone calls/Emails/Texts. I have pictures that I am attaching to show that this car is damaged. It is Florida where it pours rain everyday. My husband has to keep a garbage bag over the sunroof when it rains. We pay an good payment on this car every month. We now have to worry about this being a safety issue due the water intruding into the electronic motor. I am contacting the news channel today as well (8 on your side/Bay News 9) to let them know what we are dealing with on a $44k car, and providing them with the pictures/story, to prevent this from happening to another good citizen. Not just any car mind you, a Mercedes, a well made car. These people don't think about the people you refer over, or the cars you would purchase in the future. They only care about the greed of now/today. It is a shame that they do hardworking people like this.

This is the worst dealership I have ever had to deal with. I purchased a brand new AMG GLC from them in 2019 and the service has been terrible since day 1. Most recently, I received a Warning "low battery" "keep vehicle running". When I called the service department and explained the situation, they told me they couldn't give me a service appointment for more than a week. When I asked what I should do if the car doesn't start, they told me to have it towed to the dealership. I decided to call Mercedes-Benz of Tampa and when I explained the situation they said to bring it in right away. Stay away from Mercedes-Benz of Wesley Chapel. Mercedes-Benz of Tampa is fantastic! It's a longer drive for me but the service is excellent. Mercedes, if you're listening, get rid of MB Wesley Chapel, they are killing your brand!

Had an appointment this morning to wait for my oil to be changed and was told I I’m to drop it off because there are 8 cars in front of my and it would not be done until late in the afternoon. I guess having an appointment gets you no where. Management could have cared less about the situation. Never would step foot in that dealership ever again. Beware. Terrible customer service. The customer no longer exist anymore especially with their outfit. Stay Away.

Ask for Kalib! That is simply all the advice I can offer anyone considering purchasing a vehicle from this location. Kalib will listen to you and will guide you in the right direction. You won't feel pressured and he will be patient with you while you make your decisions. My fiancé and I decided to buy a new convertible and initially thought we would only be interested in a Corvette or a BMW 4 Series. Mercedes wasn't even on our list. I dropped by this dealership just to take a look at Mercedes so I could get a feel for the car and our representative, Kalib, was hands down the best sales person we spoke with across the 9 different dealerships we visited to evaluate our car options. He was a huge reason we decided to purchase this car from this location. Kalib was transparent from the get go about the price on the car and how much flexibility he had with our trade-in value. I told him what I was looking for in a car and he showed me two vehicles that checked all our boxes including our budget! A day after purchasing the AMG C 43 my in-laws called and said they needed a new vehicle after their was totaled in Hurricane Ian. We called Kalib to see if it would be possible to get my trade-in back and to instead just increase our auto loan to cover the trade in equity credited to us. He had the my old car back in our hands and the new deal re-worked by 4pm the same day. This was a HUGE life saver for us and my in-laws. My fiancé and I are now completely committed to this location and working with Kalib for all our future service needs and new car purchases!

I took vehicle in for service and unfortunately the service rep never checked in my vehicle. I waited for 2 hours assuming repair was being completed . I approached service desk and they advised me that they were never notified my car was even there . I waited an additional 90 minutes for repair. They were apologetic and replenished gas for my time.

The sales experience was excellent however their service department is wanting. Their service department botched a front end alignment costing me $800.00 for two new front tires in less than 20,000 miles. Also, a check engine light was diagnosed and repair quoted $1378.00. It turned out to be a $128.00 part that I replaced myself in less than 30 minutes. Attempts to contact Michelle the service manager have all failed leaving me with no option than to turn the issue over to Mercedes corporate for investigation.

One star for the service department . They have the worst employee /Tammy . My car got towed there and they didn’t even know it was there .I had to call 5 times to asked her about my car and she kept telling me it’s not here !!!! So I called the tow company to make sure my car is there and they told me yes and we had a picture of your car parked there .so I called her back to tell her . she said can you send me the picture.!!!!!!!Unbelievable I think she’s too lazy to get up and look for it.so I called the sale departments to ask for help and there’s a kind gentleman took him 10 min to look for it and he found it . Of course my car didn’t get check for the whole day . What a Horrible experience with Tammy . My advise to you is just do your job right . You’re getting paid for it and don’t be lazy .

Daniel our finance guy was personable. I was confused as to which company my loan was through though. Super easy process and relaxing atmosphere. One big complaint was I got locked in the lot because whoever left last did not check to see that everyone had left, as my husband drove our new vehicle and I was driving our original vehicle. I had to drive around the lot until a night worker saw me and then they called one of the managers to come unlock the gate so I could leave. I ended up being there about an hour after my husband left waiting to be let out of the locked lot. I felt quite anxious and uneasy. I went back Monday and The service manager was really nice, as I added a grill light the day after I purchased the vehicle. He got me right in and explained all functions on my new car for me so I would know how to work everything. Thanks so much for this experience!

For three hours I waited for them to run a $281.00 diagnostic on my MB B250e. Then I got a price of over $2,200.00 for changing two $179.00 ABS sensors that included $450.00 to take the two wheels off and back on again, to be able to change the sensors. I went to another auto repair service center and they charge me less than $900.00 for the same job. I was considering buying a new electric Mercedes Benz, but with those service prices I will never buy another Mercedes Benz.

Refused to repair a BSM error code for a purchased vehicle after 2 days of picking it up although it was under the 90 day warranty. The service for the repair was very good. However, my car has less than 22,000 miles on it and this was the 2nd wheel sensor that went out. It rendered the car inoperable and left me stranded. It is dangerous and I am grateful I was not on a interstate in heavy traffic as it would not go in to any gear other than park or neutral. Also my windshield wiper fluid pump went out. A little disappointed to have these problems with a car that has so few miles. The dealership is fine and my service rep did a good job but I am disappointed with the car.

This is the 3rd Mercedes dealer that I have used (1 in Atlanta and 2 in Florida). The Wesley Chapel location, by far has given me the best service!!! I was scheduled for a Service B. I scheduled my car as a drop off, but last minute things changed and I needed to wait for it. My service advisor explained that drop offs and waiting for your car are on 2 different schedules and I would probably be there waiting about 4-5 hours, but will do everything possible to get me out as soon as possible. He offered to Uber me anywhere I wanted to go l, but I decided to stay. He kept me updated on the process and was able to get my car serviced in 2 hours! He also provided me with thorough explanation of the recommendations. Great service and experience. The Wesley Chapel location will be my new service provider.

I was very disappointed with how the auto service department handled the car problem I was having. It has not been more than 30 days since the car was purchased and the engine light came so I took it to get serviced but they billed me $140 to run some tests and they also wanted to charge me to get the air filter replaced when all those things should get of been taken care of by the dealership before selling the car. I had higher expectations for this dealership since they are in the business selling high end luxury cars and I guess I expected better service.

I had a tired replaced due to a nail in the tire now the dealership is saying that my front tires are new and the wring size. I purchased my vehicle February 2022 from this dealership and they are not taking accountability or willing to show me proof that the tires they claim are new did not come from them. Below is an email from their general manager. All I’m asking is that they prove me wrong they are not willing to. Did I mention that I had my car towed to them on Saturday and it’s still with them. Don't waste your time with these guys. Spent all day trying to get a simple purchase agreement, they offer far below market value amounts on trade vehicle and are terrible at the most basic communication. They will not accommodate a remote vehicle closing or a spouse with a power of attorney for a vehicle purchase without playing games with the end goal of using high pressure tactics to sell extended warranties and other dealer added products. They are a typical high pressure car dealership with ZERO focus on customer service.

This was the worst experience I ever had.. my car was in service for over 24 hours, I was told that my car would done next day and I?ll get a call in the morning.. Next day I never got a call not after I had to text the agent at 12 noon to find out what happened with my car.. I was told my car?s computer was not working right and it may take longer and I would have a car to use in 45 mins, I didn?t hear anything from the agent not until I texted him and called him after 2 hours, then he told me my car was done!! His excuse for the delay was that he was busy with other customers, am?t I one of his customers???? I hope this doesn?t happen again.

Nothing went well. I arrived on time for regular scheduled maintenance and had to wait 25 minutes to meet the service rep. Another 20 minutes wait for the rep to check the mileage and look at the car! New front tires were recommended as they were badly worn out, while the rear tires were like new! When I asked why, the service rep looked at my previous 3 or 4 maintenance visits and found out that the tires were never rotated! This should have been part of the regular maintenance but was never done which cost me a thousand dollars to get new tires. After picking up my car with the new tires I noticed a clicking noise every time I made a turn. I called back reporting my concern and was given an appointment to bring the car back after 2 days. I would have thought they would take the car back immediately and see what they did to create a new problem which did not exist before they put the new tires. Now I am afraid to drive the car as I don’t know how safe it is. By the way they charged extra for alignment when they replaced the tires. I am sure the “misalignment” they charged me for created the problem I am experiencing.

My car in for recall of the back up camera on 8-5-22. Repairs accomplished, but I noticed if a person stood behind car on the left side the camera displayed them on the right side. Worst experience-BAR NONE! It took over 12hrs and 2days to purchase a vehicle, so I thought. I had to call to get my final paperwork, which was weeks later, to even know when my 1st payment was due. I also, left messages for the store manager and on his voice mail and NO response. Over a month later I inquired on the 2nd key that was missing and they had assured me many times that they were ordering it. Go to find out, it had never been ordered. BIG SURPRISE! I will definitely not take my Mercedes there for maintenace, service, etc... The communication there is NULL and, "The Comedy of Errors", is beyond belief. SHOUT OUT to: MERCEDES of TAMPA!!! I had a recall notice on my 2021 GLE53. I just recently moved to Brooksville, so I choose to go to Wesley Chapel for my recall. The dealership is beautiful and the staff courteous & helpful. Matthew Schronce made me feel welcome and was very informative concerning my experience and questions. I will continue to make this dealership my Mercedes Benz home!

I was there 15 minutes before my appointment yet I had to wait a half an hour more until I got help when I got help I had. To wait for them to take my car so all in all it took over a hour and a half to get checked in

I had a great experience here. No high pressure tactics and everything was above board. I feel that I got a fair deal with my trade as well as the price of the car. Had to go in for a MBUX issue. Thomas was great. He’s a nice person and carries on conversation outside of car talk. It was a lengthy appointment but they washed my car before giving it back. I’ve gone to one of the bigger dealerships in Tampa and didn’t get the same kind of service nor did they wash my car. It’s the little things that mean a lot. Thank you!

I can’t say enough good things about Mercedes of Wesley Chapel. This is the best dealership to take your Mercedes to for service. They are honest, thorough, and professional. I made the mistake of taking my 2020 GLS 450 to another dealership when I had an issue. They wanted to charge me almost $6,000 to fix an issue that should have been covered under the warranty. I picked my car up and took it out to Wesley Chapel, and I'm so glad that I did! They fixed it and it was all covered under the warranty. It was also squeaky clean and shiny! For as long as I own this car, I will be driving out there for all of my service!

I have lost all respect for this dealership. To switch out a AC pressure part they wanted to charge me more then double the acceptable charge after having my car over 2 days with an appointment. I also wanted information on purchasing a new vehicle and was never called. Absolutely embarrassing and I will never do business with them again.

On Feb 8th we purchased a set of tires that a representative of the service department at Mercedes Benz of Wesley Chapel recommended to my wife. She has a ’17 GLE 43 AMG. They told her the original tires were SUV tires and not what’s recommended for the car. She went with their recommendation even though no questions were asked about her driving style, etc. The Continental ContiSportContact is what they put on. Last Saturday night I was driving the car in the rain. It was handling so bad we took back roads home from Lakeland. She dropped it off Monday at MBoWC expecting them to say the tires were defective or some other logical explanation. Nope, nothing logical, they blamed her driving style. She isn’t an aggressive driver by any stretch of the imagination. When we were car shopping, I tried to talk her into getting the 63 AMG version of her car. She wasn’t having it. She test drove one and said it was too powerful. I’d consider her a defensive driver. Additionally, our 6 yo daughter is with her a high percentage of her windshield time. But regardless of driving style, these tires were put on Feb 8th and had less than 5k miles. The place we took the car to for tires on Thursday felt the tires should’ve been labeled defective by the dealership. I’ve been in managerial/leadership most of my working life…I’m 49. I was baffled by their response. Especially when we got the service manager involved. But I will take some responsibility for not being involved in the initial process and for not looking at the tread. This has been a learning experience that luckily didn’t involve an accident, injury, etc. And choosing convenience over research and quality in the auto industry is a ticking time bomb. She’s been disappointed there on multiple occasions due to lack of, or timely communication from the service department. We're not looking for anything from Mercedes Benz of Wesley Chapel...from communication to monetary. The relationship while cordial, was past due of severance. Our goal, albeit feels more like a duty, is to encourage people to do their due diligence, and about our experiences with MBoWC. If you look at my review history, there's only 1 other review I've put any effort into. I've let "expensive" bad service slide plenty of times without a review. The 1st review cost 5 of us a lot of valuable time...and turned into "hangry" time. This time was so outlandish and could've involved an accident, etc.

The receptionist was the person , she was very friendly, courteous and get us the very best Buddy salesman. He did not force us instead he listened and show us what we wanted. Before we got to the dealership he send us materials. On arrival was greeted by receptionist and called Claude. Our decision to purchase the CLE 450 was ours. Claude allow us to sit in most of the cars to see which car we feel comfortable with. We finally choose the GS 300 series car, negotiate ready to buy and in the end got our dream SUV . The negotiations manager was very courteous, friendly and very professional. He was patient and let us make all decisions. In anytime of the whole transaction nothing was forceful . On 5/5/2022 at 10:40 AM I made an appointment with Bryan Fernandez at Mercedes-Benz of Wesley Chapel to service my 2013 C300 Benz. The car was not starting, was dropped by Action towing at the dealership around 10:30 AM (I was not there). I didn’t get any acknowledgement from the dealership that they received the car. Around 12:30 PM I called Bryan and he acknowledged that he did receive the car and it will cost $189.95+tax to run diagnostic and need my approval. I asked him to go ahead. 5/6 Friday, I called main service number (could not reach Bryan) and was told they don’t have any clue and there is no paper at Bryan’s desk. They will keep a note so that Bryan calls me first thing. Didn’t receive any call on Friday. I asked that I need a loaner since I need to go to work, they referred to Bryan. Saturday (5/7) morning I again texted Bryan, he informed, tech will have to run diagnostic and it will not be done by Monday and there is no loaner before 5/27. Monday around 10 AM Bryan texted me, steering lock/anti-theft has failed it will cost $1565+tax and it may be completed Friday barring any issues, if they get the part on Thursday. Again I asked for loaner since I have to go to work. He said I am on the loaner list. 5/12, I texted Brian just to check the status, since I was stranded without my car or any loaner. Got all caps text back from Bryan “ESTIMATED COMPLETION FRIDAY BARRING ANY ISSUES”. 5/13 at 5:10 PM Bryan texted me that my vehicle is ready. I told him I need a pick up since I don’t have a car. He was not courteous enough to respond to that. This is very un-professional behavior on part of MB Wesley Chapel. I am not getting my car serviced by Bryan, I am getting it serviced by MB and paying MB. I will not go to this dealership anymore and will let all my friends know about the customer treatment from this dealership. To add the icing on the cake, on 5/14 I organized a drop of to the dealership, paid $1670 but found out they can’t trace one of my car keys. Again back to Bryan when he comes back on Monday. There were no managers also at the dealership to talk about this un-professional ill treatment of a customer. Hope Mercedes-Benz USA & Mercedes-Benz of Wesley Chapel management will change their customer service fiasco.

I just purchased a 2020 AMG GTC, CPO'ed car from an out of state MB dealer and had it shipped to me in Florida. When the car arrived I checked it over and found a couple of things that I felt should’ve been caught doing the CPO inspection regarding fluid levels, air pressures and other items of related maintenance. The out-of-state dealer suggested I take the car in to a local dealer to have them do an inspection to see what they found incorrect. I realize same make car dealers don’t especially like to comment on the work of other dealers but Mercedes Benz of Wesley Chapel offered to do what was essentially a mini CPO re-inspection of the vehicle to look at the problems I was concerned about. The last time I went in I worked with Mr. Scotch but a few months later I see that Mr. Scotch is now the Service Manager and I’m sure it’s well earned. I was assigned to Mr. Thomas Allen, who I later learned is the Assistant Service Manager, to help me with my problems. In one word, Thomas was outstanding. He is very knowledgeable, very personable, and very helpful. He thoroughly documented all of my concerns and all the suggested work that should be done by the AMG trained technicians. And there was absolutely no attempts to expand the scope of the work or services unnecessarily. While my car was there he kept me well advised of the status and what they had found. A couple of days later when I pick the car up, Thomas again made time personally go over what had been repaired and what had been found. Again he went out of his way to give me confidence in the condition of my car and resolved the problems that initiated my concern. He also introduced me to the AMG technician who had worked on my car. I am very satisfied with the quality of work, the timeliness of the work and the pricing of the work that was done on my car and of course they will continue to be my go to Mercedes dealer. I would highly recommend Wesley Chapel Mercedes Benz to any customer whether you know absolutely nothing about cars or are a “car nut“ like me. And I would also highly recommend Mr. Thomas Allen because of the terrific experience he provided during what a very we’re concerning time for me.

After my Mercedes Sprinter broke down leaving me stranded on the roadside. I spoke with Susan who helped me find a tow company, who was excellent. After getting to the shop she greeted me there, after finding out the parts were going to take time to get, she helped me to find a car rental . Then Susan arranged a courtesy transport to the rental car company so I could get home to my family. When the vehicle was done Susan contacted me right away. Susan made sure to greet my wife and I when we arrived back at the dealership. Susan is a shining example of what an experience with Mercedes-Benz should be like . Still falls way short of service offered by Helms Brothers New York. Car was dirty when returned. And looking at what they purportedly did, seemed that nothing was touched - made us doubt whether any service was done at all. One positive this time around - they provided a loaner. Previously, we weren?t. This dealership is a sad reflection of Mercedes Benz - The Best or Nothing. It might think twice when it visits this dealership?.

I had gotten into an accident right by this dealership and had dropped off my car for repairs. I was astonished at the lack of customer service, both when I arrived and when speaking with my service manager. Multiple times I had reached out inquiring about the status of my vehicle and if repairs were being made along with a schedule. Multiple times my service technician failed to reach out to me. On receiving my car the service technician who pulled it up managed to ding my door. If you have the option other options for service or purchasing a vehicle, go elsewhere.

I just wanted to say that everyone at Mercedes-Benz of Wesley chapel was very professional. Ashley and Brent were the two sales people that I dealt with and they were excellent. I do want to give an extra shout-out to Brent though. I don't with Brent for the majority of my sales purchase and I must say that he was the absolute most attentive salesperson that I dealt with including many other dealers and sales people that I talk to. He was very understanding and respectful of my time. The other thing I loved about myself people actually and Brent, is they were not pushy throughout the process at all. I will definitely check their inventory and give them a chance to make a deal the next time I look to purchase another vehicle.

owners , please be aware what is going in this place. My car stop and light see delar came up. After 10 day and $2500.00 we got the car back. However there is mo sound in the radio and Nav bar does not respond. So we went back, may be a fuse or a line did not get connected. After we had to leave the car there overnight, They are asking $7000.00 to fix something was not broken at the first place. BTW they did offer to buy our car when it was there at firt time. for $6999.00 :( I guess i could of save myself $2500.00 , if i just gave the car?

I told my finance manager that I was declining a lot of the warranties she was offering and to my surprise when I went back over my paper work with my financial advisor, I found that this not to be true and that I do have the warranties I did not want, which is a mistake on my behalf for not looking. I have been trying to get ahold of someone in Finance for the last month and a half to cancel these warranties out, that I did not want. I am always told someone will call me right back. After hearing that for about 30 times (no exaggeration) , and getting no call back, I have decided to write a review to let future clients know what they are getting themselves into with this dealership. I understand the car business is super busy ( I work in it myself), but there customer service is the worst that I have come by. You would think buying a luxury vehicle, you would also get luxury customer service or at least average service. I would personally never go back and would recommend everyone to go to Mercedes of Tampa. Please do not trust this institution.

I’ve done business with this location as far as services and car buying on several occasions, there are a few people that stand out me just due to how consistently kind they have been. Darrel in the service Dept, Claude in sales and Edence in management. I’ve been to other Mercedes locations and they often make a person feel as if they don’t have the time, or the patience. I’ve never felt this way while Dealing with these 3 people. Outside of the interpersonal skills that have been displayed I’ve always gotten a vehicle that I’m in love with. Bianca did an outstanding job listening to me, understanding what I wanted n needed in a MB as I had 7 and the no 7 A Class was a lemon, she was amazing landing me on an MB that met my financial as well as comfortable safe driving needs....she picked the 1 CLA and that was it! Brought RV in for regular service, very professional and personable staff, comfortable waiting area, price in line with others. My only complaint if even that, is they are apparently still operating under Covid protocols as they still only provide water and soda for waiting customers. Considering my recent visit to a Hyundai dealer for routine service on my Ioniq where that dealer has rolled out their popcorn machine again and some other munchies available as well the usual water and soda. Was kind of hoping a Mercedes dealer would treat their waiting customers at least as well as a Hyundai dealer.

We arrived on time, the check in person told us to wait in the waiting room for our service rep. After an hour of waiting, we had to ask questions about our service. The check in person did not inform the service rep we were waiting. That made the whole appointment time invalid. The tag was marked as priority and waiting. When the service was finished, the rep called the home number instead of looking in the waiting area. VERY VERY unorganized

Previously I had my car serviced at a different location, but since moving to WC it made sense to switch to this location. This was my first service completed at WC and my Service Advisor, Darrell, always makes my experience a great one. I was Darrell?s client at a different location so now that he?s in WC, makes it even better. The overall staff has been great as well - Sales, Service and Concierge.

Poor service, relative to the NYC @HelmsBros MB dealership. (1) Each time our car was serviced, it was always fully cleaned upon completion of service. (2) Each time our car was serviced, we either had a service car to chauffeur us from and to the service center or we were given a loaner. (3) Not as important but still good customer service, the dealership always had complimentary snacks (doughnuts, etc.) bottled water, coffee.

Had my car checked over because the CPO Extended warranty was due to expire and I had a windshield washer issue. They found that my timing seals were leaking and repair was warranty. They ordered a part from Germany and four days later, scheduled me in for service. They gave me a loaner as we expected the work to take several days. It was done in one and all is good!

I have a diesel car and I'm always leery of taking it to the small shop to get worked on. Every time my car requires an oil change I take it to the dealer. Service was timely and my car showed up clean as a whistle. Not only was the weight comfortable but my service representative managed to save me some money on the oil change too.

They took an easy trade transaction and made it a clinic in how NOT to treat your customers, especially when they want to purchase outright, without financing. Management is slow, lackadaisical, and truly do not care whether you purchase from them or not. This is the worst review I've ever given, and they earned every bit of it. Sell that Jaguar, because my business will be conducted elsewhere.

I don't like the way that they force you to buy "care" packages on used cars because it's the only way they "can make money on them"! I was told that they would repair things on a car that I was buying, but when I wouldn't buy it unless they removed the "care" packages, they refused to repair an issue because the multi-million dollar dealership was losing money to replace window tint. They screwed up my finance paperwork and I had to make a second trip to the dealership to resign all of the paperwork after 5 days of "owning" it and they ordered me a new license plate instead of renewing my old one. They are incompetent all around. The only helpful person works behind the scene and you will never have the fortunate pleasure of meeting her like I did.

These are my first experiences in dealing with your dealership and I've worked in the car industry for over 8 years and I can tell you that Susan is a terrible advisor and I will never return to your dealership! She was extremely rude when I had entered, didn't listen to what I had to say and I had to repeat myself several times! I can't believe she is working at a Mercedes dealership! I've never in my life felt so demeaned and she made my fiance and I feel like we were so stupid and unworthy of owning a Mercedes!!!!! Also another issue because of your dealership. I had scheduled an appointment three weeks prior for another issue which was never written up and because Mark had said that since it was a technical issue and it wasn't doing it he couldn't do anything about it. While I was with him I had asked how much time I had left on the manufacturer's warranty and asked him to have an F&I manager reach out to discuss an extended warranty which has yet to happen. Fast forward to Nov 27th and I ended up speaking to Ana about the extended manufacturer's warranty and she found an issue that was caused again by your dealership that put that my 2018 Mercedes C300 had 233,000 miles instead of the 23,000 miles it actually had and because of so, I couldn't purchase the warranty and she stated she doubted Mercedes would let me purchase the warranty because of your dealership's incompetence and would reach out to me as soon as possible and discuss with Mercedes to see if I could extend the warranty because on the 28th my warranty would expire. I called her on Nov 30th and she said she would call me back in 2 days because it would take a couple more days. I've left two messages now and haven't heard anything since. I will also be calling Mercedes as well since obviously your dealership is incompetent to complete anything and hopefully I can get some answers from them!!! To add to it the fact that there was no issue found from the latest drop off and I'm still smelling the same smell of radiator fluid or some other sweet smell. They also stated that they would have my car for several days to try to find the issue and contacted me less than 24 hours later to tell me they couldn't duplicate. I wonder if it has anything to do with the fact that my car would be out of warranty and they thought they could get a hefty service bill out of me!!!!!. With the incompetence of your dealership I doubt it was even looked at!! I will also be posting my experience to all social media as well!!!

The dealership offered a realistic no-haggle price for my 2019 Ram 1500 but the surprising trade-in value for my 2015 GMC made the deal. I had my vehicle in for Service B on July 20th. I also asked to have the right front vent serviced as it seems to be broken. When I picked the car up, not only was that vent not functional, but also the driver side vent was now broken. When I spoke to Marc about the problem, he said that the right side vent was ordered and should be in in a couple of days, and would order a second one as well. I waited about 2 weeks for him to call to no avail. I have called and asked why he hadn’t called and also that one other vent was now not functional as well. He told me he would call me back after verifying that the parts were in stock. I’m still waiting… I left 2 messages for him to call me. Again, no call back. I then tried to call to speak with the service manager, and was told that she was floating and wasn’t available, so I left a message to please call me. I have left 2 messages for her. NO CALLBACK! I am currently waiting on the phone for the operator at the dealership to answer the phone. I have been listening to the recording for over 20 minutes!!! NO ONE ANSWERS! I was trying to call the General Manager of the store. What on Earth is the problem at this store??? -A VERY UNHAPPY CUSTOMER

This was the second recall on my sprinter. Both times the work was managed by Daryl, this time it was scheduled for August 31. When I arrived Daryl told me that the schedule was flooded with Sprinters from companies but he would make sure that my vehicle would be conpleted on time. I put in a request for a quote for my trade in on sunday of this week and by the time I had woken up the following day, I had an email from Skylar Kennedy with a quote. I followed up and she scheduled me in for the same day so we could discuss my options. Skylar was extremely on top of everything and has great customer service/people skills. The sales manager approached me shortly after I arrived and he was just as welcoming. I was in a tough situation with my trade in due to the existing loan and a co-signer was involved with my previous car. I told them exactly what I needed in order to make a deal happen (which was alot/very specific) and both Skylar and the sales manager did everything they could do get a deal that I was happy with. The next day I came in since I had arrived so late the day before, and I walked out with a 2021 MB A220 that day. I have never received such timely/smooth service at a car dealership before. I was extremely impressed with the whole experience. I highly recommend Mercedes-Benz of Wesley Chapel and I would ask for Skylar! Also, the finance manager Pedro was equally as great. He was very open with all the add-ons that were available and gave me a few options on what he believed was important to have.

Worst experience with dealer service in my life! Took my Mercedes in for service on June 3. Had an appointment, but the service advisor, Thomas Allen, was busy with another customer. I waited patiently as I was a few minutes early, Twenty minutes later he was still working with them on their lights and wiring. He returned to the building, walking right by me, ignoring me completely. He should have been aware of my appointment and at leasst acknowledged my presence. I asked the valet for another service rep. The first one he tried was busy, the second greeted me coldly and then notice that Thomas was back at his desk and sent me to him. It was now about 1/2 hour since my appointment. Thomas told me my car would be ready in two hours (B Service). I tole him I would pick it up the next morning. My wife brought me back around noon the next day, dropped me off and left. After some running around, the cashier found Mr. Allen who told me that the car was NOT ready! He told me I was number 3 in the queue. I asked for a loaner. He stated that a loaner was not available. I told him this was NOT ACCEPTABLE and had him get my car. He offered no apologies and no explanation of the extremely poor service. I brought my car home unserviced. I received a response to my review and was told the the General Manager at 813-200-7788. Spoke to someone who told me the General Manager would call me back. Two weeks later - no call back. It was also recommended in a review response that I should call Customer Relations. I did that and was told that they new nothing of this incident, but would call back. No call back from that one either. I previously gave Mercedes Benz of Wesley Chapel a 5 Star review and had been pleased with both the sales and service departments. I regret that I now have a very bad opinion of your dealership. At NO time did your dealership make me feel like a VIP as I have felt at all luxury car dealerships in the past.

I took my Mercedes GLE 350 for a quick assessment of one of the tires that kept deflating. From the beginning, I felt the team at Mercedes was attentive and courteous. I didn?t have an appointment but they accommodated to help me out. They found my tire had a nail and needed to be replaced. The advisor assigned to me, Mark, was incredibly considerate, professional, and courteous! He went above and beyond to get the tire in as soon as possible and checked on me while I waited. In less than 24 hours, they identified the problem, got the parts needed in stock, and serviced my car. I was pleasantly surprised to get my SUV back so quickly! It was a huge relief. To put a cherry on top, the Mercedes Wesley Chapel team returned my car to me washed and cleaned without me asking for that. I highly recommend purchasing and servicing your vehicle at this dealership!

I was charged for repairs I didn't need. Thousands of dollars to fix a bad electrical connection on a harness. I asked for my money back on the difference and they simply defaulted to arguing that it was a different problem, even though it was only a few miles later that the exact same problem happened and the exact same problem codes came up on the scan. Service advisors are very poor. I asked that the harness be checked before they charged me for the new parts the first time around, which ended up not being needed, but the advisor never replied e and instead just did the work.

Our Airstream Atlas would not start. We got an error message indicating the SRS had malfunctioned. We called Mercedes and they towed it in. We told the service advisor that if the Mercedes battery were low, it should be able to be assisted by the house batteries. She said no and said a mechanic agreed. Apparently this is a function added by Airstream. Also, checking and adjusting tire pressure on the inner dual rear wheels is next to impossible. Apparently your dealership agrees since they said there would be a charge to check the pressure.

Dealership had signs about wearing masks. All but one service representatives had a mask at all the times. Mine did not. When I first met him at his desk he had it hanging from his right ear. When he came to talk to me or others in the waiting area he did not wear it. Although the signs request that masks be worn nobody enforced it as severe people in eating are did not wear them although they had them in their hands.

I brought my Sprinter in for the AEM recall issue. I went in with my “check engine light” on, and left with my “water in fuel” light on. There seems to be an error code that they can’t clear and they are opening an investigation with MB headquarters. As an added bonus now when shifting from first to second it slams into gear. I actually thought someone had run into me the first time it happened. I may have been better off not dealing with the recall and polluting the atmosphere.

I brought my car in accordance with a recall notice for the sunroof. It appears after Mercedes Benz of Wesley Chapel Service Department inspected that the recalled repair was not needed on my vehicle, which is a C240 2004. Based on the interior door design on that make and model, I requested that they apply epoxy to secure the pull on the passenger side. The service department repaired the pull and did not charge me. Much appreciated.

Brought in car because it is an auto nation dealer. Just purchased my car 2 months ago. Issues that the service department could not reproduce happened while I was driving with a service advisor in my car. My service advisor refused to certify an issue. Absolutely lying to me that the other service advisor said nothing happened. My clutch is bad. It?s poping out of first gear intermittently. But did happen with adviser in car. Had me go home because he said it?s not okay. Then got a call from my advisor stating nothing is wrong. Ammco and my friend at BMW say it?s bad. I almost got killed in the intersection of Rt54/41. Popped out of first as I was turning into the busy intersection. I will never bring my car for service there again. Very bad experience. With Thomas, very condescending. The doctors and nurses I work with have has some of the same issues with your facility. I will be telling this story to all the physicians and staff at my hospital

I drove to this dealer when my check engine light came on . I had no appointment . I was on my way to Miami to pick up my granddaughters. I tried to schedule an appointment on line but was unsuccessful. Susan was my service advisor. She explained the process , which included that due to the age of my car, no appointment, I would need to leave it for them to work on it. ( if they needed parts- which they did) No loaner available so they gave me a ride to Enterprise as they were busy. The car I received from enterprise was an old Toyota with the same service needed. On my way back from Miami Susan called to update on my car. I requested a loaner which she arranged. I would not arrive until after she left so she made all the arrangements etc. In my experience Susan went above and beyond to ensure that I had the best service experience . As a woman of color this is rarely my experience. I own 2 other Mercedes in California ( sedan and new hybrid GLC 300e) and yes the employees are ok, however, Susan has outshine them all !! Keep up the great inclusive customer service Susan!!

I was there for a recall on my car, when I got there for my APPOINTMENT the service person Marc was not available and I got stuck with someone that was in training. Then after the service was I belief done I ask if everything was done due to the Recall and the person in training keep saying yes we did the complimentary 14 point inspection which it made me think that they where hiding something about the Recall or it was not done, no one also came to me and explain the worked order of what was repaired when the car was done, I could not understand the wording on the invoice. They just try to rush me to leave. You wonder what they really do or not do with your car that you cannot see.

Luis was also very relatable, conversational during the entire buying process and made the car buying fun :) He also helped me get set up with my new insurance plan, the transfer of items from my trade in to the new car. I had to come back the next day and he had my car cleaned, which it definitely didn't need because it was brand new-but it was a nice gesture. He also had the interior lighting set to my favorite color when I first got there. Luis is great at what he does and I would highly recommend anyone to him that is looking for a new car. The manager was very nice as well along with Ana, Ana helped me with the warranty getting set up and she was very friendly.

I received a critical batter issue and attempted to do a walk-in but was told to schedule an appointment; I was surprised they wouldn't keep the car and offer a loaner. Also, I had to call the dealership nearly 8 hours after my scheduled appointment to find out if the car service was completed. An overall, very poor experience. This dealership consistently delivers poor service.

My purchase of my daughter?s GLA 250 was a disaster. The finance Dept needs to be more upfront with the information that?s needed for a purchase. Not everyone who purchases a Mercedes Benz pays in full.

I have never bought a car online, but this was close! Did my research, on car and dealership, spoke with Sam the salesman. What a great experience, attentive, responsive, kind, he suggested to do NOTHING until I Faced Timed with him. After about a 20 minute FaceTime, I put $ 500 down to hold it, hopped a plane and landed in Tampa. Test drove the car, and purchased it. AWESOME EXPERIENCE all the way around. I have purchased tons of cars in my time, this purchase was a smooth as I have ever had. The dealership looked NEW, smelled new, and the people, well, they were over the part trying to earn my business. The manager came in to meet, but definitely let the salesman Sam, be the integral player, I loved this. It showed true leadership on her part, and made the transaction so easy. All in all, it was about 1 hour from start to finish at the dealership. I drove the car home, stopped in Savannah for some golf and a visit with friends, and got back two days later. The car looks, smells, feels, brand new, and this is a 5 year old car. Granted, only 28k miles, but, still, they cleaned this thing like I have never seen a used care cleaned! Thank you to Wesley Chapel Mercedes, to Sam and the rest of the staff.

I came in for a simple washer fluid line flush because fluid was not ejecting. My speaker was/is also crackling, yet I was told it was my "connection" and that they could not "duplicate" the issue despite a video I have of it. They automatically set me up with a loaner which was convenient. But that was the only part that went well with my service. It took THREE days to receive my vehicle back. In that time frame, at no point did I ever receive a phone call with an update on my vehicle, etc. in those 3 days. I actually had to call the service department myself several times on the 3rd day just to find out what the status was - just for the assistant to call me back right away to say "oh yes, your car will be ready in 30 minutes". When I returned to the dealership to pickup my car, I was just ushered back to the cashier with a mountain of paperwork with NO explanation of the service/what was/wasn't done. I actually had to ask the cashier to explain what was done, and the poor woman tried her best to decipher the notes as she was astonished no one went over it with me at any point. There were no service advisors that were remotely available to help or assist during the entire service to end process. On top of that, via the app, I have screenshots of my vehicle being unlocked in the middle of the night (which is debatable if they keep it in doors) but with the window completely open for the whole night. It also didn't even move for the duration of an entire day, while the window was left open yet again through the night. When my car was returned to me, the inside was dirtier than when it was dropped off as it had grease and dirty hand prints all over the light colored interior that I had to spend a good 30 minutes just cleaning off once I got home. This whole experience was quite jarring with the lack of communication, especially since I just purchased the vehicle brand new from this dealership not too long prior and this was my first service department experience.
