I went for in for service on my 2019 GLC300 and received a text from a salesman by the name of Vinnie offering me a loyalty upgrade on my car to a new one. I tried it out to see I sat down with RP a very pleasant gentleman he helped me get into a new lease a 2022 GLB250 with all the bells and whistles, I have to say I love it so far just wish the ride was a bit less noisy. I didnt quite get the terms I believe I should have gotten after paying my lease on time every month for 32 months but close to it. I was put under another 48 month lease which again as I showed my loyalty I showed have been able to go on a 36 month lease. However both Vinnie and RP were very pleasant salesman and I highly recommend checking them out if you are wanting to upgrade and or buy a Mercedes. RP thank you for your patience as I had you sit there for over 3 hours trying to make a deal that I felt somewhat comfortable with at the end and for your understanding.

This dealership pulled a spot scam on me when I purchased my 2018 E63S AMG. I financed the vehicle 2 weeks ago and when I come in to finance a car for my wife I get told I needed to pay more on my E63S after the deal was sign and I was told the loan was approved. Following, when I ask to speak to the GM. We waited 15 minutes for the accountant ("pedro") came back around and pressures me into signing, but we have yet to pay (Lesson Learned). He followed by continuously lying about his mistakes and wanting me to pay for it so he can make his extra money. They are unprofessional and not experienced in my opinion. Lastly, none of my friend, collogues, or associates will purchase from this establishment ever again. Don't deal with the dealership and go to a more reputable place like Mercedes of Tampa or Lakeland. I sincerely hope that people read this and proceed with extreme caution.

Great experience with Service Advisor Darrell Williams - he was thorough, explained everything, was accommodating and professional. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 has to do with my experience at drop off for my last service. I arrived just after 7am, and no service advisors had arrived yet. The attendant explained that someone would be with me shortly and had me have a seat in the lobby. Two service advisors came in shortly thereafter. The first advisor was advised by the attendant that a customer for Darrell was waiting for drop off. Instead of greeting me and explaining that someone would be with me as soon as possible (which is what I view as good customer service), she told the attendant that she would be speaking with the manager about a new drop off process because they were all busy with their own customers (even though I was the only customer there at the time). When the 2nd advisor arrived, the first advisor asked him when Darrell normally arrived, and when he asked if he had an appointment she said "supposedly." At no time did either of them acknowledge that I was there. I just felt it was rude and poor customer service to talk around me as if I inconvenienced them by being there (even though they ignored me). I think the most frustrating part was that when Darrell arrived, neither of them acknowledged or mentioned to him that he had a customer waiting. I had to walk over and announce myself to him. I've been a customer here for 5 years, and have never had this experience - hopefully it was an isolated incident. It was not the experience I'm used to having at this dealership or any other Mercedes dealership I've been to for service.

I made an appointment to have the engine light checked for a Thursday morning. They did not do diagnostics until Saturday. But they did make the repairs and I did pick the car up Saturday afternoon. All is well.

My first visit was a complete disaster. I waited 3 .5 hours to learn they didn't have the part needed and 5 days with a loaner which drove like a truck to get my convertible back. On The second visit with my other Mercedes a white haired male salesman told me to "...find another Mercedes dealer of which there are 7 in Tampa" when I told him I wouldn't wait hours again for a visit pertaining to a recall notice which required a 35 minute procedure. He had told me the wait would be indefinite but surely 2 hours minimum. I waked out to get my car and the young man who checks you in and was aware of my previous visit said, "wait I will get you someone who cares" at which point he introduced Mark Scotch who very kindly took good care of me. He provided a loaner sedan and later in the day the car was ready. I will go back because they are convenient but am on the fence as to the consistency of good service. I know they are short staffed like so many businesses but the salesman I met first needs to be removed and appointments for service need to be scheduled realistically in sync with their ability to perform. Customers don't want to spend the day even if they offer beverages.

I have lost all respect for this dealership. To switch out a AC pressure part they wanted to charge me more then double the acceptable charge after having my car over 2 days with an appointment. I also wanted information on purchasing a new vehicle and was never called. Absolutely embarrassing and I will never do business with them again.

Attempted a car purchase here 3 different times, and all 3 times was a wasted of time, energy, and effort. Most recent attempt was just yesterday, it was late in the day and banks closed. I was promised a call in the morning the following day by Sam- finance manager and Brent salesman and didn’t get anything. I actually called myself and spoke with Brent today around 3pm and again was told will get a call back today before end of day and as of 6:30pm, nothing. I’m looking to downgrade from my current car and purchase a cheaper vehicle than what I have and it seems that this isn’t worth their time/ interest.

We are 1st time Mercedes Benz owners and the purchasing experience was a fairly good one. We were trading in a car, but did not have the title at the time so we had to come back at a later date. My husband called and made an appointment for 2:30. We arrive at 2:30 2 children in tow to complete our trade in process. We were told they were all too busy to help us. We were told to come back in an hour and so we did. We came back and were told the same thing. Long story short, you ONLY receive good customer service when they are getting something out of you. Additional transactions aren't important. Side note: Only when I complained someone miraculously became available. Sad that it caused our family some aggravation fo them to finally help us.

This is not a dealer I would return or recommend for service. I have serviced two of my own Mercedes and spent over $8k and in each time I have encountered issues and have to return twice or have to refused to take my car because the same issue persisit or a new issue arose. The last issue was with the service director himself, offering me 20% off instead of taking ownership of an issue that came about after they serviced my car. As a matter of principle, I wasn't even going to accept 99% off, so I left to go to Tiresplus who were night and day compared to this dealership. How do you service a car and don't do a test drive? Even the same director commented something along the lines of "you don't need to be a tech to hear the noise issue". I remember leaving him two of three voice messages and he never returned my calls. A short test drive would have revealed those issues. The other issue was with the tech displaying a really bad attitude after my service advisor and I pointed out an issue that the lowest level of technician would have discovered.

On Feb 8th we purchased a set of tires that a representative of the service department at Mercedes Benz of Wesley Chapel recommended to my wife. She has a ’17 GLE 43 AMG. They told her the original tires were SUV tires and not what’s recommended for the car. She went with their recommendation even though no questions were asked about her driving style, etc. The Continental ContiSportContact is what they put on. Last Saturday night I was driving the car in the rain. It was handling so bad we took back roads home from Lakeland. She dropped it off Monday at MBoWC expecting them to say the tires were defective or some other logical explanation. Nope, nothing logical, they blamed her driving style. She isn’t an aggressive driver by any stretch of the imagination. When we were car shopping, I tried to talk her into getting the 63 AMG version of her car. She wasn’t having it. She test drove one and said it was too powerful. I’d consider her a defensive driver. Additionally, our 6 yo daughter is with her a high percentage of her windshield time. But regardless of driving style, these tires were put on Feb 8th and had less than 5k miles. The place we took the car to for tires on Thursday felt the tires should’ve been labeled defective by the dealership. I’ve been in managerial/leadership most of my working life…I’m 49. I was baffled by their response. Especially when we got the service manager involved. But I will take some responsibility for not being involved in the initial process and for not looking at the tread. This has been a learning experience that luckily didn’t involve an accident, injury, etc. And choosing convenience over research and quality in the auto industry is a ticking time bomb. She’s been disappointed there on multiple occasions due to lack of, or timely communication from the service department. We're not looking for anything from Mercedes Benz of Wesley Chapel...from communication to monetary. The relationship while cordial, was past due of severance. Our goal, albeit feels more like a duty, is to encourage people to do their due diligence, and about our experiences with MBoWC. If you look at my review history, there's only 1 other review I've put any effort into. I've let "expensive" bad service slide plenty of times without a review. The 1st review cost 5 of us a lot of valuable time...and turned into "hangry" time. This time was so outlandish and could've involved an accident, etc.

On Feb 8th we purchased a set of tires that a representative of the service department at Mercedes Benz of Wesley Chapel recommended to my wife. She has a ’17 GLE 43 AMG. They told her the original tires were SUV tires and not what’s recommended for the car. She went with their recommendation even though no questions were asked about her driving style, etc. The Continental ContiSportContact is what they put on. Last Saturday night I was driving the car in the rain. It was handling so bad we took back roads home from Lakeland. She dropped it off Monday at MBoWC expecting them to say the tires were defective or some other logical explanation. Nope, nothing logical, they blamed her driving style. She isn’t an aggressive driver by any stretch of the imagination. When we were car shopping, I tried to talk her into getting the 63 AMG version of her car. She wasn’t having it. She test drove one and said it was too powerful. I’d consider her a defensive driver. Additionally, our 6 yo daughter is with her a high percentage of her windshield time. But regardless of driving style, these tires were put on Feb 8th and had less than 5k miles. The place we took the car to for tires on Thursday felt the tires should’ve been labeled defective by the dealership. I’ve been in managerial/leadership most of my working life…I’m 49. I was baffled by their response. Especially when we got the service manager involved. But I will take some responsibility for not being involved in the initial process and for not looking at the tread. This has been a learning experience that luckily didn’t involve an accident, injury, etc. And choosing convenience over research and quality in the auto industry is a ticking time bomb. She’s been disappointed there on multiple occasions due to lack of, or timely communication from the service department. We're not looking for anything from Mercedes Benz of Wesley Chapel...from communication to monetary. The relationship while cordial, was past due of severance. Our goal, albeit feels more like a duty, is to encourage people to do their due diligence, and about our experiences with MBoWC. If you look at my review history, there's only 1 other review I've put any effort into. I've let "expensive" bad service slide plenty of times without a review. The 1st review cost 5 of us a lot of valuable time...and turned into "hangry" time. This time was so outlandish and could've involved an accident, etc.

The receptionist was the person , she was very friendly, courteous and get us the very best Buddy salesman. He did not force us instead he listened and show us what we wanted. Before we got to the dealership he send us materials. On arrival was greeted by receptionist and called Claude. Our decision to purchase the CLE 450 was ours. Claude allow us to sit in most of the cars to see which car we feel comfortable with. We finally choose the GS 300 series car, negotiate ready to buy and in the end got our dream SUV . The negotiations manager was very courteous, friendly and very professional. He was patient and let us make all decisions. In anytime of the whole transaction nothing was forceful . Around 12:30 PM I called Bryan and he acknowledged that he did receive the car and it will cost $189.95+tax to run diagnostic and need my approval. I asked him to go ahead. 5/6 Friday, I called main service number (could not reach Bryan) and was told they don’t have any clue and there is no paper at Bryan’s desk. They will keep a note so that Bryan calls me first thing. Didn’t receive any call on Friday. I asked that I need a loaner since I need to go to work, they referred to Bryan. Saturday (5/7) morning I again texted Bryan, he informed, tech will have to run diagnostic and it will not be done by Monday and there is no loaner before 5/27. Monday around 10 AM Bryan texted me, steering lock/anti-theft has failed it will cost $1565+tax and it may be completed Friday barring any issues, if they get the part on Thursday. Again I asked for loaner since I have to go to work. He said I am on the loaner list. 5/12, I texted Brian just to check the status, since I was stranded without my car or any loaner. Got all caps text back from Bryan “ESTIMATED COMPLETION FRIDAY BARRING ANY ISSUES”. 5/13 at 5:10 PM Bryan texted me that my vehicle is ready. I told him I need a pick up since I don’t have a car. He was not courteous enough to respond to that. This is very un-professional behavior on part of MB Wesley Chapel. I knew exactly what I wanted when I came for my sales appointment and Rodney did not stray from just getting my purchase completed. He found my car immediately - in spite of competition from another prospective buyer - and made sure I was aware of the features. I am very dissatisfied with the service of this dealer. I do not recommend this dealer. I came there to install new wheels and do alignment. I brought my new wheels. For the installation of wheels and alignment, I paid $ 1100 and the service did it for 7 hours. (Listen to than $1100 and 7 hour to change my wheels ). Alignment made the steering wheel not exactly turned to the left. I came the second time they told me to change the steering gear. Before that everything was fine. I just purchased a 2020 AMG GTC, CPO'ed car from an out of state MB dealer and had it shipped to me in Florida. When the car arrived I checked it over and found a couple of things that I felt should’ve been caught doing the CPO inspection regarding fluid levels, air pressures and other items of related maintenance. The out-of-state dealer suggested I take the car in to a local dealer to have them do an inspection to see what they found incorrect. I realize same make car dealers don’t especially like to comment on the work of other dealers but Mercedes Benz of Wesley Chapel offered to do what was essentially a mini CPO re-inspection of the vehicle to look at the problems I was concerned about. The last time I went in I worked with Mr. Scotch but a few months later I see that Mr. Scotch is now the Service Manager and I’m sure it’s well earned. I was assigned to Mr. Thomas Allen, who I later learned is the Assistant Service Manager, to help me with my problems. In one word, Thomas was outstanding. He is very knowledgeable, very personable, and very helpful. He thoroughly documented all of my concerns and all the suggested work that should be done by the AMG trained technicians. And there was absolutely no attempts to expand the scope of the work or services unnecessarily. While my car was there he kept me well advised of the status and what they had found. A couple of days later when I pick the car up, Thomas again made time personally go over what had been repaired and what had been found. Again he went out of his way to give me confidence in the condition of my car and resolved the problems that initiated my concern. He also introduced me to the AMG technician who had worked on my car. I am very satisfied with the quality of work, the timeliness of the work and the pricing of the work that was done on my car and of course they will continue to be my go to Mercedes dealer. I would highly recommend Wesley Chapel Mercedes Benz to any customer whether you know absolutely nothing about cars or are a “car nut“ like me. And I would also highly recommend Mr. Thomas Allen because of the terrific experience he provided during what a very we’re concerning time for me.

This place is a legitimate NIGHTMARE. The most incompetent, slow, rudest staff of ANY business I've ever visited, worse staff than the dirtiest, ugliest McDonald's in the world I'm not even exaggerating. You will wait at LEAST 30 minutes before even the first person talks to you, most times it's an hour. The QUICKEST they've ever been is 30 minutes waiting just to check your vehicle in. Then DAYS for your car to be fixed/seen. I've been here 5 times with the SAME issue that they can't seem to actually fix. These people are INCAPABLE of handling anything smoothly, there is ALWAYS going to be a problem. And by the way DO NOT BUY YOUR CAR HERE THEY DONT HONOR ANY WARRANTIES, I even PAID 6k extra for tires and other things and they WOULDNT EVEN HONOR THE WARRANTY I PAID FOR!!!!

Good experience. My new customer service rep (Matt) was wonderful in every way. Very smooth getting a loaner vehicle. The only issue of question was the “buy back program”. I was immediately contacted by text about the buy back program and then later that day I got a call from Luis asking if I was interested. I said “yes” and please give me a number. He said great and he would get back to me. I never heard anything and it has been 48 hours so I don’t expect to get any feedback. It was strange to have the upfront interest (when they new the type of Mercedes and year) and then no follow up.

After my Mercedes Sprinter broke down leaving me stranded on the roadside. I spoke with Susan who helped me find a tow company, who was excellent. After getting to the shop she greeted me there, after finding out the parts were going to take time to get, she helped me to find a car rental . Took my Mercedes in for ac not working. There was a bad sensor as well. They told me it was fixed. When I picked my vehicle up, they had not closed the hood all the way. As I drove down the highway, the hood came up and sensor going off. I got to the side of the road without getting into an accident. I went back and they were like "Oops". They hadn't fixed the sensor, so I left the car in there again. Picked my car up once that was fixed, and my panel for my clock was broken. They clips had been broken off. Now of course I received a call from them wanting to buy my used vehicle. How shady! I am so furious!! I received a response from the owner. They stated to reach out to the GM as they wanted to gain my business back. I left a message for the GM on 4/30/22 and I have yet to her back from the GM.

Easy to make an appointment for Service A on C class. I was told could not have a loaner since the appointment would only take an hour and 45 minutes. When the car was brought it, a loaner was offered but given that plans had already been changed to accommodate appointment, I just decided to wait after confirming it would only take an hour 45.. 3 hours and 15 minutes later, the car was ready. People were nice but the service taking double the time without notice is a bit unprofessional. But all in all, nice place and friendly people so I would definitely go back.

I had gotten into an accident right by this dealership and had dropped off my car for repairs. I was astonished at the lack of customer service, both when I arrived and when speaking with my service manager. Multiple times I had reached out inquiring about the status of my vehicle and if repairs were being made along with a schedule. Multiple times my service technician failed to reach out to me. On receiving my car the service technician who pulled it up managed to ding my door. If you have the option other options for service or purchasing a vehicle, go elsewhere.

I just wanted to say that everyone at Mercedes-Benz of Wesley chapel was very professional. Ashley and Brent were the two sales people that I dealt with and they were excellent. I do want to give an extra shout-out to Brent though. I don't with Brent for the majority of my sales purchase and I must say that he was the absolute most attentive salesperson that I dealt with including many other dealers and sales people that I talk to. He was very understanding and respectful of my time. The other thing I loved about myself people actually and Brent, is they were not pushy throughout the process at all. owners , please be aware what is going in this place. My car stop and light see delar came up. After 10 day and $2500.00 we got the car back. However there is mo sound in the radio and Nav bar does not respond. So we went back, may be a fuse or a line did not get connected. After we had to leave the car there overnight, They are asking $7000.00 to fix something was not broken at the first place. BTW they did offer to buy our car when it was there at firt time. for $6999.00 :( I guess i could of save myself $2500.00 , if i just gave the car?

I’ve done business with this location as far as services and car buying on several occasions, there are a few people that stand out me just due to how consistently kind they have been. Darrel in the service Dept, Claude in sales and Edence in management. I’ve been to other Mercedes locations and they often make a person feel as if they don’t have the time, or the patience. I’ve never felt this way while Dealing with these 3 people. Outside of the interpersonal skills that have been displayed I’ve always gotten a vehicle that I’m in love with. I did not have an appointment when I came in to looks at car. I told sales person George that I was looking for a 2022 C300 convertible. He pleasantly told me they had none and did not expect any in shipment. He then introduced me to a beautiful C43 which quite honestly exceeded my expectation. My only complaint if even that, is they are apparently still operating under Covid protocols as they still only provide water and soda for waiting customers. Considering my recent visit to a Hyundai dealer for routine service on my Ioniq where that dealer has rolled out their popcorn machine again and some other munchies available as well the usual water and soda. Was kind of hoping a Mercedes dealer would treat their waiting customers at least as well as a Hyundai dealer.

We arrived on time, the check in person told us to wait in the waiting room for our service rep. After an hour of waiting, we had to ask questions about our service. The check in person did not inform the service rep we were waiting. That made the whole appointment time invalid. The tag was marked as priority and waiting. I wanted to write this because I feel like the customer service at MBWC has gone way down hill in the past 6 months. I don't know what's going on over there, but it's very concerning and I don't think I'll be returning. For starters, the last time I was in (around Thanksgiving) I was told that I needed front brakes. They were adament that I needed front brakes to the point where the advisor said that I needed to get it scheduled as soon as possible. There was no grinding of my brakes to indicate it was an issue. In fact, as soon as I got home, I checked my brakes and while my REAR brakes would definitely need to be replaced soon-ish (just had them replaced last week - the last week in March 2022), but my front brakes were okay and had plenty of wear still left on them. I was about due for my B1 service, so I called to set that up along with my rear brakes because I did hear them start grinding. The advisor said that she the front brakes were going to cost in the $900 range and that my B service was going to be around $600 and that did NOT include shop or material costs. I am aware that this is a luxury car. I am aware that there are costs involved that are higher than say a Toyota or a Honda. That is not the issue. The issue is the fact that the service advisor was very condescending and said in a very "mom police" kind of voice saying something to the effect of "this is a luxury automobile and when you drive a luxury automobile, you need to expect around $1500 if not more every time you come in." She then asked me if it was going to be a problem and that I could finance it if I needed to. I have been driving some form of German automobile since I was 16. My first car was a BMW. I have driven BMWs, Mercedes, and even Porsche. I know the cost of service. I know what all is entailed and am perfectly capable of paying for my car's service needs. I wouldn't be driving a luxury car if that was the case. I hung up the phone feeling very much felt dismissed, condescended to, and upset that I was being talked down to. So, I did what any person that didn't like the way they were talked to by a business does. I started calling around. I checked with others at my work place to find out where they went, and then I decided to also call Mercedes Benz of Tampa. From here on out I will be taking ALL of my business to MB Tampa from now on. Not only were they super friendly, but they also told me that no, I did not need front brakes only rear (which the service adviser in WC said that I needed FRONT brakes!), not only that but the service was a lot cheaper, no extra "shop" costs AND even with new tires, that I honestly didn't need, the estimate that MB Tampa gave me came in UNDER what MB WC was going to charge me! Another thing that MB Tampa did that Wesley Chapel has NEVER done for me is actually show me pictures of what was done and what they said needed to be done. It was more than just the inspection sheet.

So let me first start by saying I’ve done business with this location more than once, my first experience wasn’t horrible but it also wasn’t the best. I decided to give it another try and I can totally say that I was pleased, I am very specific and currently 9 months pregnant (can you imagine). Poor service, relative to the NYC @HelmsBros MB dealership. (1) Each time our car was serviced, it was always fully cleaned upon completion of service. (2) Each time our car was serviced, we either had a service car to chauffeur us from and to the service center or we were given a loaner. (3) Not as important but still good customer service, the dealership always had complimentary snacks (doughnuts, etc.) bottled water, coffee.

When I had an issue with my Mercedes and didn’t yet feel comfortable enough to travel to the dealership, this dealership sent a driver to my home who picked up my auto, left me a loaner and then returned my repaired auto. While things have changed somewhat over the Years ,in their customer load , I continue to give this dealership an A rating for service , convenience, Workmanship and congeniality. Horrible service with no communication. Do not go to Darrell as an advisor. He is rude and very unprofessional. He had my car for over a week with no communication. His response was, "At least I put you in a car." After that comment, I never wanted to speak to him again and started dealing with the Service Manager Michelle, who was sweet and wanting to help. Communication was better, but the actual work done was still bad. When I finally got my car back, there were scratches on my leather and trim (I always take photos before service), parts wedged in my seat that they forgot. They rushed someone to my house to pick it up for warranty purposes. Loaner vehicle had dog hair and used mask in it, so I had them pick it up and bring me a new one. Afrer brining my car back, they fixed the leather they scratched but not the trim. They had to do tint on the back window because their servicemen scratched it. The tint job looks absolutely horrible and embarrassing on a 150k car. I wish I could post the pictures but Michelle should have checked it before releasing the car. They haven't responded about the tint but I don't want them touching my car ever again. They also had to fix a part under my driver chair that they claimed was cracked. My assumption is that the servicemen broke it because they would never just replace a part that is not covered under warranty that I broke and I also had photos of my chair before service. I should have known better when Darrell told me on day 1, that he came from Tampa and the service there is much better than Wesley. Tampa is much further from me but that will be my new service dealer and I will be purchasing my next Mercedes through them. I only give 2 stars because Michelle was a sweetheart and seemed like she had her hands full but it's the managers responsibility to ensure their employees are properly trained and professional.

I have been asked for an honest review so this is it. The Appearance Protection package that I bought for $619 was optional and not a requirement to buy the vehicle. This is contradictory to what my husband and I were told at the store by the Financing Manager. We were told that we did not have the option to remove this expense, when I asked more than twice if I could remove it. I am disappointed to realize that I was deceived although it is very probable that I would have bought the package anyways. I did get a good APR and the sales representative (Mr. Dashiell) was very attentive but customers should have the right to have their own financial options and to have an honest service.

When I picked up my car I found that they did not honor the 25% off coupon they sent me the day before. Not only that but they broke my right side glasss dome covering the cornering light and failed to tell me. Multiple phone messages were never returned . When I asked about the "service coupon" the lady said the repair work I had done in the SERVICE department by by the SERVICE REP was not "SERVICE". Really? Even the invoice said "SERVICE"' . I will purchase my new car elsewhere.

I took my car for a quote to fix a little vibration, nothing else wrong with the car. the car came back home with radio not working and a piece of undercarriage hanging because MB Wesley Chapel technician forgot to put back a couple of screws; I paid $200+ for the quote and ended up to a a car with no radio and missing screws, all of that, after 2 days as their "S550 expert" was not there or too busy. Dropped my vehicle off for service at 8:30am had to call for a status update because it was going on 5pm and hadn't heard anything. Then get a random sales call for a possible trade in. Schedule a meeting with the sales rep the following day he never showed up I called him to see what was going on I sat at his desk for 20 minutes. He pushed me over to another salesman that wasn't helpful at all which is probably because he wouldn't make the commission since I was technically there to speak with his colleague. Received an email a week later advising new tires are needed called the service person I worked with previously. We spoke at 8:30am and he advised he would call me back with the information yet again no return call. I called the service desk and she put me through to someone else who basically said we need your tire information to provide a quote he didn't attempt to even ask for my name or phone to look at the service notes I had to ask him to do so. I'm very disappointed in the customer service I received.

Negatives: didn’t find someone to get me my car when I came to pick it up. The parts department couldn’t help me find a part without me having to go through my service manager to figure the part out. Dropped my daughter's car (2011, C300) off on 30 Jan 22 (Sunday) for an early morning appt on Monday. Service guy called about 9am (31 Jan 22) and went over what repairs i needed. The repairs were 100K miles service, front pass door window motor repl, repl front pass door lock sensor, repl serpentine and tensioner belts, repl a few light bulbs, and finally, 2 brand new tires for a total of $6K+. Reached out twice to my service person on the status of the car. Finally, the car was finished at 6:37pm on 4 Feb 22. Picked up the car at 12:45pm on 5 Feb 22 and the car has not been washed or really prepped for pick-up. Finally, at 1:45 I left with the car, which was idling a bit rough and the same notification I took it in for was still showing on the dash. UGH! Whenever you own a MB there is a level of service that is expected. I must say they did not meet the mark on this one. Also, after leaving a detailed message on the service manager’s phone, he never called me back. I finally got a call back from my service guy 8 Feb 22. I am generally pleased with Mercedes-Benz of Wesley Chapel’s service, but this time they just didn’t add up.

I don't like the way that they force you to buy "care" packages on used cars because it's the only way they "can make money on them"! I was told that they would repair things on a car that I was buying, but when I wouldn't buy it unless they removed the "care" packages, they refused to repair an issue because the multi-million dollar dealership was losing money to replace window tint. They screwed up my finance paperwork and I had to make a second trip to the dealership to resign all of the paperwork after 5 days of "owning" it and they ordered me a new license plate instead of renewing my old one. They are incompetent all around. The only helpful person works behind the scene and you will never have the fortunate pleasure of meeting her like I did.

Long long story short, if I could put 0 stars I would...Never go to this dealer, they don't do as they say, they lie, they give you the run around on everything they possibly can, they promise you they'll fix things on a used vehicle before you sign papers to purchase and you end up signing papers and they never eve touch your vehicle, the worse experience ever i have had at a dealership has been this one, Bianca was my sales person and she always misinformed me, i never talked to a manager until last minute after they had messed my entire purchase up. An absolute disappointment. A company as wealthy as MB of Wesley Chapel and MB of America refused to assist a small local charity by reducing the price of a vehicle by $1,000.00. We had a sponsor provide funds for $10k and we had a tag to transfer. We said we could eke out the taxes but they refused stating "we've already done our charity this year and we aren't a charity". We weren't looking at a Mercedes-Benz, we were looking at a used Toyota Camry. I've never witnessed such cavalier callousness. Would not recommend

I purchased a preowned car a week and a half ago and my experience then was attentive and professional. As soon as I get home and find out the that the USB port is not working and the wood trim in the front console was peeling, I reached out first to the Salesman Omer, and then to the general manager Mr. Kerr, who had emailed me previously and appeared concerned about my experience at Wesley Chapel. I left him a voicemail message and email and my attempts to speak with him were completely ignored. My salesman became distant and immediately went on vacation. Prior to his communication, he made an appointment for me to have a little touch up paint on the wood panel below the console and when I took the car in, they chipped away at it and then determined that it would look worse. So now I’m stuck with a wood panel that is chipped and can’t get the general manager to return my phone calls out emails. They did agree to replace the USB port because I told them when I bought the car everything was certified to be working. Still waiting on the part to get in. Do not trust Wesley Chapel Mercedes as far as you can see them. In the past I have purchased at least six Mercedes-Benz from Tampa Mercedes, however I thought going to Wesley Chapel AutoNation word benefit me due to their no haggle pricing. Their service is absolutely awful!

I had front brakes repaired for $700.00 in June 2021. Because I thought they were reliable and honest people, I didn’t read the entirety of invoice received after paying. It was late in the evening and my service advisor had left for the day. My invoice stated that the rear brakes had been replaced. When I contacted Michelle, the service director, she was rude and argumentative/assured me that the front brakes were done. I asked her if she could provide me with a new invoice indicating what was actually done. I went into her office to show her what my invoice read (rear brakes service done), yet she was adamant that the front brakes were done. I asked her to take my car into the shop and let me see which brakes were done. She refused to give me the correct invoice, nor let me see which brakes were done. She stated, “I’m not going to give you brakes for free.” I advised her that I didn’t asked for free brakes. All I wanted was a receipt/invoice showing me that the front brakes were done. I’ve shown my receipt to another MB service director, and MB mechanic and they too agree that receipt is showing that the rear brakes were done in June 2021. Because of their poor customer service, I will not give them anymore of my service. I am seeking other actions.

These are my first experiences in dealing with your dealership and I've worked in the car industry for over 8 years and I can tell you that Susan is a terrible advisor and I will never return to your dealership! She was extremely rude when I had entered, didn't listen to what I had to say and I had to repeat myself several times! I can't believe she is working at a Mercedes dealership! I've never in my life felt so demeaned and she made my fiance and I feel like we were so stupid and unworthy of owning a Mercedes!!!!! Also another issue because of your dealership. I had scheduled an appointment three weeks prior for another issue which was never written up and because Mark had said that since it was a technical issue and it wasn't doing it he couldn't do anything about it. While I was with him I had asked how much time I had left on the manufacturer's warranty and asked him to have an F&I manager reach out to discuss an extended warranty which has yet to happen. Fast forward to Nov 27th and I ended up speaking to Ana about the extended manufacturer's warranty and she found an issue that was caused again by your dealership that put that my 2018 Mercedes C300 had 233,000 miles instead of the 23,000 miles it actually had and because of so, I couldn't purchase the warranty and she stated she doubted Mercedes would let me purchase the warranty because of your dealership's incompetence and would reach out to me as soon as possible and discuss with Mercedes to see if I could extend the warranty because on the 28th my warranty would expire. I called her on Nov 30th and she said she would call me back in 2 days because it would take a couple more days. I've left two messages now and haven't heard anything since. I will also be calling Mercedes as well since obviously your dealership is incompetent to complete anything and hopefully I can get some answers from them!!! To add to it the fact that there was no issue found from the latest drop off and I'm still smelling the same smell of radiator fluid or some other sweet smell. They also stated that they would have my car for several days to try to find the issue and contacted me less than 24 hours later to tell me they couldn't duplicate. I wonder if it has anything to do with the fact that my car would be out of warranty and they thought they could get a hefty service bill out of me!!!!!. With the incompetence of your dealership I doubt it was even looked at!! I will also be posting my experience to all social media as well!!!

I had my vehicle in for Service B on July 20th. I also asked to have the right front vent serviced as it seems to be broken. When I picked the car up, not only was that vent not functional, but also the driver side vent was now broken. When I spoke to Marc about the problem, he said that the right side vent was ordered and should be in in a couple of days, and would order a second one as well. I waited about 2 weeks for him to call to no avail. I have called and asked why he hadn’t called and also that one other vent was now not functional as well. He told me he would call me back after verifying that the parts were in stock. I’m still waiting… I left 2 messages for him to call me. Again, no call back. I then tried to call to speak with the service manager, and was told that she was floating and wasn’t available, so I left a message to please call me. I have left 2 messages for her. NO CALLBACK! I am currently waiting on the phone for the operator at the dealership to answer the phone. I have been listening to the recording for over 20 minutes!!! NO ONE ANSWERS! I was trying to call the General Manager of the store. What on Earth is the problem at this store??? -A VERY UNHAPPY CUSTOMER

This was the second recall on my sprinter. Both times the work was managed by Daryl, this time it was scheduled for August 31. When I arrived Daryl told me that the schedule was flooded with Sprinters from companies but he would make sure that my vehicle would be conpleted on time. I told Daryl I did not need the vehicle and take his time. With all the other sprinters in for service mine was done on time Daryl is an great asset!

I put in a request for a quote for my trade in on sunday of this week and by the time I had woken up the following day, I had an email from Skylar Kennedy with a quote. I followed up and she scheduled me in for the same day so we could discuss my options. Skylar was extremely on top of everything and has great customer service/people skills. The sales manager approached me shortly after I arrived and he was just as welcoming. I was in a tough situation with my trade in due to the existing loan and a co-signer was involved with my previous car. I told them exactly what I needed in order to make a deal happen (which was alot/very specific) and both Skylar and the sales manager did everything they could do get a deal that I was happy with. The next day I came in since I had arrived so late the day before, and I walked out with a 2021 MB A220 that day. I have never received such timely/smooth service at a car dealership before. I was extremely impressed with the whole experience. I highly recommend Mercedes-Benz of Wesley Chapel and I would ask for Skylar! Also, the finance manager Pedro was equally as great. He was very open with all the add-ons that were available and gave me a few options on what he believed was important to have.

Worst experience with dealer service in my life! Took my Mercedes in for service on June 3. Had an appointment, but the service advisor, Thomas Allen, was busy with another customer. I waited patiently as I was a few minutes early, Twenty minutes later he was still working with them on their lights and wiring. He returned to the building, walking right by me, ignoring me completely. He should have been aware of my appointment and at leasst acknowledged my presence. I asked the valet for another service rep. The first one he tried was busy, the second greeted me coldly and then notice that Thomas was back at his desk and sent me to him. It was now about 1/2 hour since my appointment. Thomas told me my car would be ready in two hours (B Service). I tole him I would pick it up the next morning. My wife brought me back around noon the next day, dropped me off and left. After some running around, the cashier found Mr. Allen who told me that the car was NOT ready! He told me I was number 3 in the queue. I asked for a loaner. He stated that a loaner was not available. I told him this was NOT ACCEPTABLE and had him get my car. He offered no apologies and no explanation of the extremely poor service. I brought my car home unserviced. I received a response to my review and was told the the General Manager at 813-200-7788. Spoke to someone who told me the General Manager would call me back. Two weeks later - no call back. It was also recommended in a review response that I should call Customer Relations. I did that and was told that they new nothing of this incident, but would call back. No call back from that one either. I previously gave Mercedes Benz of Wesley Chapel a 5 Star review and had been pleased with both the sales and service departments. I regret that I now have a very bad opinion of your dealership. At NO time did your dealership make me feel like a VIP as I have felt at all luxury car dealerships in the past.

I took my Mercedes GLE 350 for a quick assessment of one of the tires that kept deflating. From the beginning, I felt the team at Mercedes was attentive and courteous. I didn?t have an appointment but they accommodated to help me out. They found my tire had a nail and needed to be replaced. The advisor assigned to me, Mark, was incredibly considerate, professional, and courteous! He went above and beyond to get the tire in as soon as possible and checked on me while I waited. In less than 24 hours, they identified the problem, got the parts needed in stock, and serviced my car. I was pleasantly surprised to get my SUV back so quickly! It was a huge relief. To put a cherry on top, the Mercedes Wesley Chapel team returned my car to me washed and cleaned without me asking for that. I highly recommend purchasing and servicing your vehicle at this dealership!

I was charged for repairs I didn't need. Thousands of dollars to fix a bad electrical connection on a harness. I asked for my money back on the difference and they simply defaulted to arguing that it was a different problem, even though it was only a few miles later that the exact same problem happened and the exact same problem codes came up on the scan. Service advisors are very poor. I asked that the harness be checked before they charged me for the new parts the first time around, which ended up not being needed, but the advisor never replied e and instead just did the work.

Our Airstream Atlas would not start. We got an error message indicating the SRS had malfunctioned. We called Mercedes and they towed it in. We told the service advisor that if the Mercedes battery were low, it should be able to be assisted by the house batteries. She said no and said a mechanic agreed. Apparently this is a function added by Airstream. Also, checking and adjusting tire pressure on the inner dual rear wheels is next to impossible. Apparently your dealership agrees since they said there would be a charge to check the pressure.

Dealership had signs about wearing masks. All but one service representatives had a mask at all the times. Mine did not. When I first met him at his desk he had it hanging from his right ear. When he came to talk to me or others in the waiting area he did not wear it. Although the signs request that masks be worn nobody enforced it as severe people in eating are did not wear them although they had them in their hands.

I brought my Sprinter in for the AEM recall issue. I went in with my “check engine light” on, and left with my “water in fuel” light on. There seems to be an error code that they can’t clear and they are opening an investigation with MB headquarters. As an added bonus now when shifting from first to second it slams into gear. I actually thought someone had run into me the first time it happened. I may have been better off not dealing with the recall and polluting the atmosphere.

I brought my car in accordance with a recall notice for the sunroof. It appears after Mercedes Benz of Wesley Chapel Service Department inspected that the recalled repair was not needed on my vehicle, which is a C240 2004. Based on the interior door design on that make and model, I requested that they apply epoxy to secure the pull on the passenger side. The service department repaired the pull and did not charge me. Much appreciated.

Brought in car because it is an auto nation dealer. Just purchased my car 2 months ago. Issues that the service department could not reproduce happened while I was driving with a service advisor in my car. My service advisor refused to certify an issue. Absolutely lying to me that the other service advisor said nothing happened. My clutch is bad. It?s poping out of first gear intermittently. But did happen with adviser in car. Had me go home because he said it?s not okay. Then got a call from my advisor stating nothing is wrong. Ammco and my friend at BMW say it?s bad. I almost got killed in the intersection of Rt54/41. Popped out of first as I was turning into the busy intersection. I will never bring my car for service there again. Very bad experience. With Thomas, very condescending. The doctors and nurses I work with have has some of the same issues with your facility. I will be telling this story to all the physicians and staff at my hospital

I drove to this dealer when my check engine light came on . I had no appointment . I was on my way to Miami to pick up my granddaughters. I tried to schedule an appointment on line but was unsuccessful. Susan was my service advisor. She explained the process , which included that due to the age of my car, no appointment, I would need to leave it for them to work on it. On my way back from Miami Susan called to update on my car. I requested a loaner which she arranged. I would not arrive until after she left so she made all the arrangements etc. In my experience Susan went above and beyond to ensure that I had the best service experience . As a woman of color this is rarely my experience. I own 2 other Mercedes in California ( sedan and new hybrid GLC 300e) and yes the employees are ok, however, Susan has outshine them all !! I was there for a recall on my car, when I got there for my APPOINTMENT the service person Marc was not available and I got stuck with someone that was in training. Then after the service was I belief done I ask if everything was done due to the Recall and the person in training keep saying yes we did the complimentary 14 point inspection which it made me think that they where hiding something about the Recall or it was not done, no one also came to me and explain the worked order of what was repaired when the car was done, I could not understand the wording on the invoice. They just try to rush me to leave. You wonder what they really do or not do with your car that you cannot see.

Luis was beyond incredible. He knew everything about the vehicle, let me ask tons of questions and was happy to answer them. He was patient as well, never pushy and I felt at ease during the entire process. Luis was also very relatable, conversational during the entire buying process and made the car buying fun :) He also helped me get set up with my new insurance plan, the transfer of items from my trade in to the new car. I had to come back the next day and he had my car cleaned, which it definitely didn't need because it was brand new-but it was a nice gesture. He also had the interior lighting set to my favorite color when I first got there. Luis is great at what he does and I would highly recommend anyone to him that is looking for a new car. I received a critical batter issue and attempted to do a walk-in but was told to schedule an appointment; I was surprised they wouldn't keep the car and offer a loaner. Also, I had to call the dealership nearly 8 hours after my scheduled appointment to find out if the car service was completed. An overall, very poor experience. I have never bought a car online, but this was close! Did my research, on car and dealership, spoke with Sam the salesman. What a great experience, attentive, responsive, kind, he suggested to do NOTHING until I Faced Timed with him. After about a 20 minute FaceTime, I put $ 500 down to hold it, hopped a plane and landed in Tampa. Test drove the car, and purchased it. AWESOME EXPERIENCE all the way around. I have purchased tons of cars in my time, this purchase was a smooth as I have ever had. The dealership looked NEW, smelled new, and the people, well, they were over the part trying to earn my business. The manager came in to meet, but definitely let the salesman Sam, be the integral player, I loved this. It showed true leadership on her part, and made the transaction so easy. All in all, it was about 1 hour from start to finish at the dealership. I drove the car home, stopped in Savannah for some golf and a visit with friends, and got back two days later. The car looks, smells, feels, brand new, and this is a 5 year old car. Granted, only 28k miles, but, still, they cleaned this thing like I have never seen a used care cleaned! Thank you to Wesley Chapel Mercedes, to Sam and the rest of the staff.

I came in for a simple washer fluid line flush because fluid was not ejecting. My speaker was/is also crackling, yet I was told it was my "connection" and that they could not "duplicate" the issue despite a video I have of it. They automatically set me up with a loaner which was convenient. But that was the only part that went well with my service. It took THREE days to receive my vehicle back. In that time frame, at no point did I ever receive a phone call with an update on my vehicle, etc. in those 3 days. I actually had to call the service department myself several times on the 3rd day just to find out what the status was - just for the assistant to call me back right away to say "oh yes, your car will be ready in 30 minutes". When I returned to the dealership to pickup my car, I was just ushered back to the cashier with a mountain of paperwork with NO explanation of the service/what was/wasn't done. I actually had to ask the cashier to explain what was done, and the poor woman tried her best to decipher the notes as she was astonished no one went over it with me at any point. There were no service advisors that were remotely available to help or assist during the entire service to end process. On top of that, via the app, I have screenshots of my vehicle being unlocked in the middle of the night (which is debatable if they keep it in doors) but with the window completely open for the whole night. It also didn't even move for the duration of an entire day, while the window was left open yet again through the night. When my car was returned to me, the inside was dirtier than when it was dropped off as it had grease and dirty hand prints all over the light colored interior that I had to spend a good 30 minutes just cleaning off once I got home. This whole experience was quite jarring with the lack of communication, especially since I just purchased the vehicle brand new from this dealership not too long prior and this was my first service department experience.

She discussed the reason for my visit and quickly had me to Julie my Service advisor. Julie discussed with me the issues I was having with a gas odor coming from the engine compartment and then had me seated with coffee. I had to visit the the dealership twice the 1st day horrible showed me one car and told me to come back the next day because they closed at 8pm. I called the MB toll free help number and they were fantastic and was able to endlessly reach MB of Wesley Chapel to have a technician come out and service my vehicle. I walked in Mercedes Benz of Wesley chapel just to look.. I didn’t think to actually get car.. Claude and Pedro was amazing help.. Luis Fontanez is the best salesman. He was very friendly and patient with me while I made my decision on the purchase of my car. He wasn’t pushy like most salesman. He explained everything to me step by step. After I made my decision to purchase my car he told me don’t hesitate to give him a call if I have any questions. But you need to hire New sales managers. They never took the time to meet me. Not even to say hi. They are very unprofessional and they thing they have a chip on their shoulder. Very very rude. Maybe Mr.fontanez could become a great sales manager. Not even a smile or a good morning or a good afternoon. No class.

I leased my Mercedes at MB of Tampa, and I have been very disappointed. So, I thought I would try a different dealership to use one of my prepaid car services. Although I understand thing are not "normal" right now, I was sorry I had to sit and wait for my work to be done and would have liked it a lot better if MB of Wesley Chapel had offered a shuttle to the outlet mall. I didn't have any big problems, but my ability to use my phone hands-free has changed since my Tom Tom subscription expired. I was not satisfied with the explanation I received and left with the same problem. There's a lot of mystique around the Mercedes Benz name, but frankly I am disappointed with the car (no reflection on MB of Wesley Chapel) and wish I had never leased it. Mercedes Benz, are you listening?

Yesterday my husband called to schedule my vehicle for service & before he can actually get someone on the phone he was going around in circle as no one would pickup the phone. Finally he chose another department & got the operator in which he told her what happened. She told him she was sending an email to Brian and the service Manager. Well here we are 24 hours later and no call back. I called this morning couldn’t get a hold of anyone. I chose another department & that gentleman sent me to Tom, the Service CEO. I left a message. Let’s see how long it will take Tom to call me. This is the 2nd time taking my vehicle for service or should I say trying to take my vehicle for service but so far the service is horrible!

After a miscommunication with a hydraulic fluid versus hydraulic oil. Mercedes of Wesley Chapel really went above and beyond to take my car in fast and fix any issues related to the incorrect Oil. I'm a return customer and my Service Advisor was Susan Cardozo. I arrived 20 minutes early and waited in the lobby. I didn't know what to expect due to COVID-19. Susan came right over (with mask on) and greeted me to let me know she was almost done with her earlier appointment. When we sat down together, we went over a list of repairs that my car needed. I had a lot of questions about the repairs and Susan worked diligently to answer all of them. She even helped me prioritize my list. There wasn't a loaner available so I decided to wait for my car. While I was waiting Susan kept me updated on my car and at one point she took me to the back garage so I could talk to the mechanic regarding an issue. After my battery was replaced, the B Service was done, the interior was sanitized, and my car was washed, Susan and I went over the bill. She explained everything in detail, and applied my 25% off coupon (check website, every bit helps). Susan gave me her business card with her direct number for future service appointments. I very much appreciated the fact that Susan cared enough to wear a mask. I noticed some employees and a lot of customers walked around freely without a mask. This is rather disturbing because we are dealing with a pandemic and everyone should practice safety. I think it's inconsiderate of anyone not protecting themselves which puts others at risk.

There is a misnomer in the Camping Community that RV’s built on the Sprinter Chassis was hard to get serviced, in that dealers and shops in general didn’t want to work on machines that had be altered and/or many didn’t have the bays big enough (tall enough) to work on them. My new Unity Leisure Travel Van had 3 recall inspections that were needing to be done and Mercedes-Benz of Wesley Chapel never blinked and eye when I asked for the help in servicing my RV. They were everything you would expect in a well organized, Covid-19 conscious service center.

This was the worst Mercedes buying experience Ive had in 40 years of buying Mercedes the sales person was not interested in selling the car and did not even stick around to give me the keys I had to get the Management involved then I was looked after the only reason I bought this car there was it had all the features on it I wanted.There was one Sales person on the floor that came to my rescue.He concluded the deal and was very helpful I just wished I had got him at the start.Also when you phone in it takes a while before you get someone then good luck trying to get a sales person.Would not recommend buying an S class from them

Last six months, spent over $8000 in repairs car has 90,000 miles. mostly computer parts, Last service this past week they installed a part from Germany for Computer over $1600 . drove in a repaired car in two days, drove out radio doesn’t work? I need $800 for a used part and the radio on the way home and have 70 miles the engine light came on again. Each time I leave the service department before I get home the engine light comes on seems like $9000 to take care of the problems in the computer car 2006 E3 50 car beautiful inside and out.

I recently took my GLC into Mercedes Benz of Wesley Chapel to my Marc, my service advisor. It was scheduled for the B service and everything went as expected. I had rescheduled due to a family medical issue but they were able to reschedule for the following day even though I could not receive a loaner as it was more than one week. Marc was exceptional as usual and got me in quickly and he arranged for shuttle service. Everything seemed great on my GLC and I was good to go!

After a 5.5 hour servicing, I get in my car and when I turn it on there is a warning message to check the lights. I was so exhausted by this point and did not want to be there any longer, and of course my signals are not working. I reviewed my invoice and \it indicated that checked my lights, that was not part of the authorized work an they lights/signals were working fine when the car went in for service. It is unfortunate that this happened as I was extremely pleased until I go into my car to leave.

The Service team was backed up, so the appointment was late in starting - an irritant for someone in a hurry. Otherwise the visit was a excellent. Have used them before and will definitely use them again - competent and thorough in the service! I drive one hour and fifteen minutes to this shop, considerably further than another MB dealer but one whose service is not good as these guys know what they are doing.

Things happen and we have off days, but owning it and trying to do all they could to keep my business (without being fake) was great! I?d recommend to family and friend. I am so disappointed with this location. Lack of customer service needs improvement. My car has been there since November 1, 2019 and have not received a called yet to advise me if it was ready. My car was also damaged by Benfield Towing driver. I was told on November 1st by Marc that they didn't have tire in stock, nor could MB repair my car for the damage. He called me back to say the tires were in stock and they will replace them. I spoke to Tom on November 6, after leaving 3 voice messages for the Marc who was the one whom I worked with from day one. Tom said he spoke with someone from Roadside assistant and was expecting to hear from someone today. He said he or Marc will call me back afterwards. I have not gotten a call to tell me my car was ready from replacing the new tire until I asked him about it on. I don't understand what's going on, but this is poor customer service. If I don't hear from them by today, I will pick up my car and deal with Mercedes Benz of Tampa who provides quality services and concern for customers. Thanks!

We were extremely satisfied with the service that we received from our sales rep, Mark Grable. He made us feel very welcome and wanted to make sure that we would find a car that matched all our requests. I'm a tow truck driver. I drove 22 miles to deliver a customer's vehicle here for service arrived at 9:25pm. gates was open so I pulled into the lot got lined up to drop the car and a very rude service lady told me it was after hours for a drop and to find somewhere else to take it. what kind of customer service is that. I was on the lot it takes less the 5 minutes to unload. They clearly don't care that much about the customer. very disappointed

They’ve turned into typical scam artists. Avoid at all costs. Dropped car off. Said they ran out of loaner cars and would pay the rental. They dispute that now. How do I know? 4 days after dropping the car off, called to check on status. THEY HAVE NOT EVEN BEGUN WORKING ON THE CAR - and they inform me of how I’m paying on some crap Toyota daily rental fees!!!! On my way to pick up my car, dispute the charge and they can treat some other sucker like this.

MB of WC Service Center is like going to a spa for your car. The center is impeccable and the staff consistently cater to my children and me. They make it the most pleasurable car service experience you can imagine. Leather chairs, big screen tv, cookies, water, coffee, gift area....They are only missing is the massage chairs. I especially appreciate Mike and James for all the extras they provided like buffing out marks on my car.

The Auto Nation services were outstanding. The Dealership, our Rep (Stephanie Dowden), the service and finance staff were all outstanding. The warrantees and inspections gave us confidence in the used vehicle. We got a good price on our old car in trade. The no-haggle price was fair with no hidden fees. They went above and beyond to make sure I got the best deal with the lowest possible interest rate. I'd give them 4.5 stars - they would have gotten 5 stars, but since purchasing it a week ago, I already have a slight repair to make on my wipers and since there is no warranty, that repair is on me. Overall - a great place to do business...

This is my second of two bad reviews. I should have stopped going there after the first bad experience. Went to get some info on a trade. They evaluated my trade, gave me a number on it. I asked for numbers in a new car and it was promised by the next morning. At almost 4 pm, I called the salesman, and he hadn’t even run the numbers. He told me to call him back with quotes from Tampa Bay and he’d meet them. Uh no, I bought my new car at Tampa. Later Wesley Chapel, you haven’t improved any in two years.

I took my GL450 for a diagnosis due to a Air Suspension issue. I was assigned to Brian Fernandez and he was super helpful. He set me up with a rental because the diagnosis needed an overnight and updated my system as well as taking care of a recall issue that I wasn't aware of. I was in good hands with Brian.

They do not offer rental cars for service appointments unless you expect your car to be there for a long time. The Tampa location is far superior. Never an issue with a rental. They actually value your time. For a luxury brand it is not acceptable . Wesley Chapel is the fastest growing community in the nation and clearly the dealership is not prepared for it.

These mechanics are and cheat. Charged $175.00 for a diagnostic that was NEVER performed. Edmund was annoyed by me asking questions. She felt I was questioning HER ability rather that asking clarifying questions about the services. Too defensive. And not thorough at all. After the “diagnostic” they Estimated $1,300 to replace the AC panel to then figure out what was wrong with the air. Why??? Then what was the $175 for? I’m done with them and NEVER going back unless it’s to pick up a refund check.

A few weeks ago I was involved in a pretty bad car accident, some one rear ended my Mercedes and totaled it. I called Mercedes Benz of Wesley Chapel and spoke to Mark Grable in sales, told him exactly what I was looking for and how much I was willing to pay for it. He took great notes on what I wanted and within an hour called me back and told me he found exactly what I was looking for. In the meantime, I had also called one other dealership with the same info and they also found something similar but one year newer and a few less miles. I explained to Mark that this other dealership had found a car similar, so he went the extra mile by researching this other car and found out that even though it was one year newer and had a few less miles it was actually worth less than the car Mark had found for me, he pulled the reports (Carfax) to show me the rating on the car he had compared to the one the other dealership had. I went that night to test drive the car Mark had, absolutely loved it, it had everything I wanted down to the outside color and interior color. I put the down payment that night and took delivery of my car the next day! I love, love, love it! Easiest experience by far for purchasing a car. Mark Grable was great and went above and beyond the call of duty to make us feel comfortable with this purchase!

Dealership performed a B service on my GLK in the process they replaced the oil level sensor.Parts had to be ordered. The dealer provide us with a rental. The service provider call and we retured the rental picked -up our GLK after the repair. Repair was performed no problems. Thanks to the Service advisor and the Mercedes techs.

Auto Nation is playing games with service "Add-Ons". They tried these "special services offers" when this dealer first opened. It was ridiculous stuff back then - like "putting your car on life support while we run the fuel system with our special fluids". Now its down to just "oil additives that help keep your piston rings from sticking". If it's not a Mercedes spec service, what are you guys trying to do? And the comments - but other dealers are doing the same thing, just makes me want to go buy a Porsche and sell my MB. My service manager was understanding and in good humor. But showing me a good, better, best list of service "options" for a standard A or B service, is out of line by Auto Nation. You can do that crap at the Chevy dealer, but I expect better of Mercedes.

I took my c320 in to have the airbag replace because of the recall not only I had to go there twice because they lied to me and did not have the right part the first time. when I was there Car sales people tried to sell me car left and right and they would go talk to general manager. When I drove the car out of dealership I noticed the steering wheel will not go up and the ESP is malfunctioning on the screen and no sound coming out my phone or stereo I called Mercedes Benz and I was told to go back to talk to the general Manager Michael LEE he agrees to fix only the ESP if I leave the car there for few days and then he said that I was lying I showed him the it recite I got from them with multi point inspection is blank and says nothing about anything wrong with the car. So I did not want to leave the car because I felt they were going to damage it more if you read this do not go to this dealership they are pure crooks specially if your benz more than 7 years old they will break it and then they will take of the price of purchase a new car to make you feel good you are warned do not take you car there or you will be sorry
