My car was taken for its service on time and during the wait time the Service Manager provided me with regular updates.

Based on my experience, the most overpriced MB dealership in the area. Last year we were looking to buy GLE 350 and got a way better deal with MB of Clearwater in comparison to what this place was offering. I took the same vehicle in for the first Service A recently and the cheapest option I was offered was $560 (I was offered way more expensive options first). My neighbor has the same car and apparently paid $380 for the same Service A at MB of Tampa.

Outstanding customer service and the service director Paul is outstanding always attention to details and any needs a customer may have. All the service advisors are outstanding. Always keeping you informed about the status of your vehicle.

We went to Mercedes-Benz of Wesley Chapel on a Saturday to test drive two different vehicles and Aymen Qasim was our sales rep. He was very patient with us and listened to what we wanted while explaining all the features of each of the cars we test drove. He was able to negotiate with us to a price we were happy with and we ended up leasing the car on Sunday! We worked with Daniel in Finance and he was incredibly nice, too. It was a great experience because of Aymen and Daniel - and I'm so thankful for having them work with us!

I wish I could say that my experience was positive but unfortunately, it was completely frustrating. Initially, we reached out to look at a used 2017 GLS450. It had over 85K miles and was priced at $32K. It wasn’t exactly the vehicle we were looking for so our sales manager Mauricio said that they could find us any vehicle that we wanted in the “AutoNation” network. After searching CarGurus and the AutoNation website for several days, we found a gray 2019 GLS450 in Orlando. We reached out to Mauricio and he put together an offer. Your dealership wanted to charge $650 to have the car shipped to Wesley Chapel. Given that the AutoNation prices are already elevated, this was an exorbitant amount to charge to transfer a vehicle less than 100 miles. Given the high cost to transfer, my wife reached out directly to the dealership in Orlando to confirm the price and availability of the vehicle. I had also reached back to Mauricio to ask to eliminate the transfer fee. He was able to discount it to $325 (which is still too expensive) but we agreed and I signed the agreement. Once Mauricio reached out to the dealership in Orlando to have the vehicle transferred, the vehicle was suddenly “unavailable”. We think that is was out of spite because my wife did not want to drive to pick up the vehicle from the dealership in Orlando. The following day, another gray 2018 GLS450 became available at another “AutoNation” dealership in Orlando. I reached out to Mauricio but I did not get a response so I called the dealership and spoke with Ray. He was very helpful and reached out to the dealership. Mysteriously, this vehicle was all of the sudden “unavailable” after it had been sitting at the dealership for almost 3 weeks and they said that it was going to auction because it didn’t pass their inspection. I then asked Ray if there was anything that your dealership could do on the price for the white 2017 GLS450 that we initially looked at the week before. According to CarGurus and KBB that car was $1500-2000 over market value so I was not willing to pay the inflated “AutoNation” price. He informed me that the price was locked in so there was nothing that he could do. The next day, I found a gray 2017 GLS450 with 75,000 miles on it at the Infinity of Tampa Dealership. I called them and they prepped the vehicle and my wife went in for a test drive. Their asking price was $31,500 and my wife offered them $30,000 and they accepted the offer. In addition, they replaced 2 of the tires and had a dent removal service come in and remove a handful of dents. The experience in dealing with the Infinity dealership vs dealing with Mercedes Benz of Wesley Chapel is night and day. Infinity of Tampa is very customer focused and really wanted our business. I told Ray that I was working very hard to try to give him my business but it seems your dealership is more interested in maximizing your profits than satisfying your customers. The GM from Wesley Chapel, Jeremiah Kerr actually reached out to both my wife and I via email to ask us about our experience so I replied directly to him. It has been almost 2 weeks and I have not received a response so I am posting this to let everyone know about my experience. Very disappointing. Honestly, I think that this dealership’s relationship with AutoNation is a majority of the issue. I consider Mercedes a symbol of quality but for now, I am steering clear of this dealership unless I am given a good reason to do business with them.

Quick and easy

Worthless service department. Company bought a AutoNation truck at a different location. A Ford. It needed some attention under warranty.we were told to take it to any AutoNation dealer. These people treated me like I have the plague and the truck sat there for almost 2.5 weeks until we had to personally pick it up and take it elsewhere because all these people would do is check the dipstick. I recently traded off my personal BMW and considered a MB. This place cured me of even considering that option.

The communication amongst employees is horrible. They work for the same company under the same management and everyone provides different information on prices. It's always a headache getting service there Wesley Chapel. ?

I’ve already put a review before but I just noticed, bought the car maybe three weeks ago the most. They said they topped off all my oils and fluids . My car already has washer fluid on. Makes me wonder what else they did not top off or not do. SMH.

Everything was well organized and on time.

I had an on the road Sprinter RV brake down and drove to the dealer for service. It was hard to get any welcoming service representative to notice / attend to my request for the first 10 minutes there. Some were busy other were engaged in casual conversation with peers. Once Mr. Michael ( who was busy ) noticed my presence he listened to my needs and the service attention and personnel execution was very well orchestrated. Excellent. Receiving the vehicle 3 days later and driving 8 hrs to pick it up was the same experience. Seems that I arrived at Mr. Michaels lunch break. It appears that the service staff deals fantastically one on one with service appointments but walk in / unassigned clients go ignored without being noticed in their facility since they don’t know who to address their needs to. Maybe some sort of reception host is needed to guide the clients assign an assistance representative and get the “chatting” service representative to engage the walk in clients.

Claude Gourzong at Mercedes Benz of Wesley Chapel was incredible to us during our purchase of our new vehicles. Claude did everything he could possibly do to ensure our deal was the best we could get. 5 big stars for Claude!

Easy to work with. put a deposit on a new sprinter while in transit vehicle came in a week early was contact by Howard my sale rep as soon as the vehicle got to USA PORT and within days I received my new sprinter. Also was satisfy with all the extras that i was un aware of since vehicle was still in transit. Howard made the order and the price was right.

I Darrell was my representative and he was very informative. I had great conversation with him and I would recommend him again.

Ist of all I recently bought a new E350 but not from here. When I called them before I purchased my car and asked what can you offer ? I was told their coffee is the best..who cares about coffee ???? Then I took my older Mercedes to get serviced since it failed to start. They said the terminals on the bus computer was bad and it would be $15K. I took it to a non Mercedes place and they changed the stater and it was fixed $689 Never will I do business with them again.

I purchased my car at this location and just took it in for a first time service. Really excellent treatment. Both my sales person and service representative were so nice and very helpful.

There was no pressure and very little negotiation. Claude was great and continued to help after the fact. It was a longer process since it was a Saturday, but overall not a bad experience.

Mercedes-Benz Wesley Chapel service department was a life saver for me! I was in Tampa visiting my dad (and had tickets to the Taylor Swift concert ;) On my way down from Gainesville I got a message on the dash “brake pads low” which is a bit worrisome to say the least! I still had to get back home to Charleston SC. The service department fit me in early next morning (a Friday!) and I was on my way within 2 hours! What could’ve have been a true nightmare situation was saved and I really appreciate it! Thank you!!

My service advisor Darrell is awesome! He is able to problem solve my needs in the first call. He’s incredibly professional, friendly, and very proactive in trying to problem solve his customers needs. He consistently goes above and beyond what is expected. He is a true gem to Mercedes Benz. It is a pleasure to work with him. I live in South Tampa and I have absolutely no problem driving 15 miles out of my way to have my vehicle serviced by Wesley Chapel Mercedes-Benz.

They tried to charge me $8,000 for repairs I completed for $3,400 using brand new MB parts. Their quote included a $300 reset fee for my computer. Rip off artists. My 5 MB cars will never return.

Compared to previous services, the around time was mor than one day. My service advisor however had reserved a loner car for me so it was not an inconvenience.

I had a flat tire right across the street from this dealer . When I called over I was informed there was no way for anyone to assist . I would need to bring the car in . My run flat tire blew apart and I was not supplied a jack or tool to remove it . No spare comes with the c300 either . I feel that it could have been offered to come borrow the tools needed to take the tire off . After two hours on the side of the road less than 300 feet from the shop I was dispatched a tow truck from the Mercedes roadside assistance which was above and beyond in service . Once at the shop , the tire I had called to confirm was in stock ended up not being in stock. I was sold an odd tire but given a discount . I found that suitable. Once I received my car back the new tire was over inflated to 41psi and my three others we under inflated to 31 . I would have assumed this would be checked prior to release . I had to stop at a different tire shop to have them all checked at put at proper PSI. Not the best for such an expensive tire and service . I am also missing one tire pressure sensor . My service rep was unsure what this was when I wanted to replace it .

Dealership is thorough in regards to the break down and diagnostic of your vehicle. Unfortunately when working with Mike in the service department you cannot ask details as to what you’re being charged. I had agreed to pay the amount and had no problem paying the amount stated however when I asked for the breakdown I was met with hesitation stating that “now wasn’t the time to ask this” when I pursued and asked why he stated that he wasn’t sure of the “relevance”. When dealing with luxury vehicles no one expects an inexpensive repair however the expectation of transparency was not in effect. Our experience at Mercedes Benz of Wesley Chapel was AWESOME! Darrell Williams was our service advisor who worked with us. He was respectful, knowledgeable, and very professional, overall a great employee. Mercedes is very lucky to have him representing the company brand. My wife and I drive from Ocala and have had this service done before, so we expected our experience to be similar to our previous visits. However, this was not the case. Darrell provided us with exceptional service and got us back on the road in half the time we normally spend at this location. Darrell thank you once again for going above and beyond to make our experience at Mercedes Benz of Wesley Chapel an awesome one! Because of our experience with Darrell and his awesome customer service we will definitely be returning.

Several Issues with customer service workflow 1) Once a customer schedules a service AutoNation should be able to identify customer based on the phone number. Everytime I called (6-7 times) I had to give Name, Phone, Other details, inspite of registering for text updates to my phone 2) Loaner cars I believe I was told are booked one month out inspite of my car service which took more than a day 3) While taking delivery of the car, I had to help the person to find my car walking around the lot (as they couldn't locate it)

Update: In the last year and a half, I have purchased two vehicles from this dealership. The first one was a used 2018 E300 and the second, my current vehicle, a new 2022 C300. Both of these vehicles, however, have had issues. My new C300 has tons of issues which began almost right away. Also, the number of issues increases the longer I have it. Moreover, they had emailed me for several months saying they’d give me a great price to trade in my E300. It was a total bait-and-switch, and I feel they completely nickel-and-dimed me. I was tired of the issues with the E Class and decided to take the chance even though I was being ripped off. Now, I completely regret doing so. I don’t see myself buying a third car from here or possibly a Mercedes at all. Oh, also, prepare to spend all day here as they are incredibly slow. Mercedes Benz of Wesley Chapel exceeded my expectations and then some. RP, my salesman, was an absolute pleasure to work. He was friendly, knowledgeable, honest, and didn’t try to push me into making any decisions I wasn’t comfortable with. He went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I was looking for. I can’t say enough good things about this dealership and my experience working with RP.

Dealership had 2010 C-Class car listed for sale. I contacted the store and a salesperson sent me pics. Drove in rush hour traffic to see the vehicle, but was told it needed to pass inspection before they could sell it. The next morning I called the store for an update. In order to expedite the inspection, a rep told me that I needed to sign an offer form. I did that. Shortly thereafter, the sales rep told me that the vehicle would be too expensive for the store to repair, wouldn't sell it to me, and were sending it to wholesale. I wasted my time, my energy, and my gas money pursuing a vehicle that the store advertised for sale before they even knew if they were going to sell it. General Manager was largely unresponsive and seemed unsympathetic to my concerns, didn't return my phone calls, and only provided curt email responses. I would give this one star except for the fact that the salespeople were great. Very disappointing experience.

MB of Wesley Chapel worked out all of the trade deals over the phone in a very straightforward manner. Nothing changed in person at the dealership. Claude G was fantastic. He handled the transaction with diligence and made us very comfortable during the transaction.

I attempted to purchase a 2022 SUV GLE 350. I'm coming from Orlando so I called and worked out the details with Luis F. After agreeing I would drive to Wesley Chapel, I did the credit app and received a price sheet. Just as I was about to leave, I was informed the SUV had sold. There was nothing on the website that a deal was pending and I even spoke with Luis to confirm it was available. Beware of doing deals with them unless the car is in front of you and you're local. Now my credit was checked for nothing. Very disappointing.

After buying a luxury vehicle you?d think that you shouldn?t have to be out hundreds of more dollars to get another key for partners or as an emergency backup.

I have had the opportunity to purchase parts and some service from Wesley Chapel Mercedes and have always had a good experience. I could go to another dealer that is about the same distance from me in Tampa but I choose to go to AutoNation as the prices are much better and the service is top notch.

I’ve been going to this MB location for about five years now. The customer service is always phenomenal. It really makes a difference (especially when you’re pouring $$ in your car). Highly recommend!

I kept my last vehicle for over a decade and was ready for an upgrade. This dealership is nice, spacious, modern and full of natural light. There are complimentary refreshments and large clean bathrooms for those long afternoons spent car shopping. I ultimately ended up getting a certified pre-owned vehicle from them; the process was as one would expect… not exactly something one looks forward too much like dental surgery. That being said, weeks later I am disappointed in the lack of follow-up to an issue I had after I contacted them on several instances. It’s making me question their integrity and authenticity throughout the process and their quick disregard for someone once they’ve made a purchase. My issue is that one of the two keys that I was given was the incorrect key for the vehicle — I only noticed this when I got home and tried to give the key to someone else who would also be driving on occasion. It’s cut differently and the buttons don’t work on my car. I reached out to my salesman and was initially told that a service ticket would be put in so I could get a key cut. However, on following up for the third time I stopped receiving any responses. I contacted the dealership and left my contact information requesting to speak with a service manager and never received any call back. I still have some random other vehicle key in my possession. Just a word of warning — if you purchase a vehicle from this dealership something as basic as having a correct spare key may become the first unexpected issue.

Very pleased with my recent visit to Mercedes Benz of Wesley Chapel! Darrell was very easy to work with and was genuinely concerned that I was totally satisfied with the process. Service took longer than I expected but they provided a loaner car which was great! After inspecting the vehicle they recommended brakes and rotors as well as new tires. After discussing with Darrell, we determined to definitely do the pads and rotors but could wait on the tires as they are in good condition but older than recommended (5+ years). Service was completed and went to pick up the car, when I got in, the cluster was in a setting I wasn?t familiar with so I tried to reset it, quickly got lost? ? Luckily, Jessica was there to save the day! She walked me through the settings and she thought it would be best to reset to factory settings, which we did. Quick process and I was on my way. Thanks!

Absolutely professional personnel. I could have had my vehicle serviced at a local foreign vehicle repair shop, however, I would rather travel an hour from my home in order to have this dealership provide my vehicle's service requirements. Beautiful building and maintenance shop populated by very friendly and professional staff..

My appointment was scheduled fast and I was given the date I requested with no issues. My wait time was what I was told on the call and when I dropped off my vehicle. I made an appointment to have a tire repaired. I arrived early, as I usually do, but had to wait past the appoint time to get checked in. Once that hurdle was overcome, the rest of the process went rather smoothly. I thought the price was fair, all things considered. I was treated with respect and even informed of available discounts without having to ask.

One star for recommending NWR Auto Glass in Tampa to replace windshields. Waste of time. I'd think you'd be able to assist customers in replacing windshields but I guess not. Tip for any Mercedes owners who need a windshield replaced: DO NOT go to NWR.

Despite a frustrating experience I want to give props to my sales rep Vinnie Antonello who is the BEST BEST BEST sales rep I've ever dealt with at an auto dealership. 5 stars for him as a sales rep. He stayed late 2 days in a row for me including on his day off I have absolute nothing bad to say about him. Also from what I can tell the finance manager works hard to get approvals. That's about where the good ends and the rest of it was pretty downhill.

We went in for service questions on 03/11/23, no intention, whatsoever, to buy a "new to us" car BUT we were lucky enough to be greeted by Rodney Pickens at Wesley Chapel Mercedes who deftly answered all our service questions and only had to ask "Anything else I can assist with" before we knew it we were looking at the CPO cars on the lot and drove away with a gorgeous Arctic white C300 with dual colored leather interior and we now find reasons to drive everywhere! The car is comfortable, sporty, quick and looks are beyond compare. Starting to thing the S63 will feel abandoned becoming the "weekend" car. LOL! Can't recommend Wesley Chapel Mercedes enough, great facility, wonderful, friendly staff in all departments. We will definitely be repeat customers!

We went in on 03/11/23 to ask some questions about servicing our S63. Salesperson, Rodney Pickens, welcomed us immediately engaging in conversation, answering all our service questions, effortlessly, and was very knowledgeable on the Mercedes car lines, so much so, that we ended up buying another Mercedes, a C300, the same day! Our finance specialist, Daniel, was equally as wonderful and helpful. We can't recommend Rodney and Daniel enough and they are truly assets to Mercedes Benz of Wesley Chapel!!

Update post last review: The service manager took the extra effort to reach out post my last review and offered a complimentary detailing service. If you had a bad experience, and if you review it they reach out and make sure they fix it. So giving a 4/5 rating. The service center offers average service compared to the one in Dale Mabry Ave. I have been going to this place since 2021 for service, but every time there is always one complaint for me. The Tampa showroom always offers a loaner car whereas this location always comes up with reasons like pandemic, no available cars for months ahead and so on. When I went for tire replacement last year, the advisor gave me an estimate no a quote before. I had lost it and asked for another one again, and the numbers were different and pricey the next time within a gap of a month. When I asked about it, he changed it to the old numbers saying it was a mistake. Today, I had the worst experience because i originally had an earlier appointment to which I could not make it on time. So, I had rescheduled it to a time later from their website. They have some bug on their site and it said my appointment was updated whereas it sent me an email with invalid instructions. But, since the website said I had successfully made it, I went ahead and was there on time. But they said they cannot do anything about it. Waste of time and gas! If you are looking for service options, PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE AND GO TO THE ONE IN TAMPA. Edited: Ended up going for the Service B for my Mercedes car since it was the closer option. When I picked the car up, it was not even washed or vacuumed as said by the service associate who I worked with. Would not recommend this place for service again !

I purchased my car at this dealership almost seven years ago and have had it serviced no where else since. We dropped our car off for service this morning. We had an appointment and it should be a matter of pulling up, handing your car keys to a service attendant who verifies your appointment, checks your info, has you sign the iPad for service release, and then you could be on your way. We had to wait 35 minutes for a service advisor so we could repeat what we already communicated when we made the appointment and sign a piece of paper. You go to a Mercedes dealership to get the best service in the industry, If I wanted to waste my time I could do it for much cheaper somewhere else. Thirty five minutes may not seem like a lot, but it matters if you’re on your way to work, have limited time, and a hectic schedule. This should be drop and go. Disappointed.

When making an appointment, I was informed that because it was a Sprinter van, I could drop it off but NOT wait for it at the dealer. I was assured that I would be able to get a free automobile loaner for the day. On the day of appointment I was told that NO loaner was available because I was servicing a Sprinter. After considerable talking with the service writer, I was finally handed to the service manager named Paul. Paul got my vehicle in and repaired very quickly. Paul=GOOD. Phone resevation and service writer=POOR.

Aside from not getting a loaner, service was done in a timely fashion

This dealer has extremely high service prices compared to other Mercedes dealers in the area. Service A is $570 here vs $225 at Mercedes of Tampa. Service B is $714 here versus $570 at Mercedes of Tampa. You’ll save hundreds by going to Tampa. While there, peruse their selection of cars (see how good business works?).

For a guy who wanted to spend 30k over sticker, 2 wasted days and more games than i ever had to deal with. Mitilus mesidor is the general sales manager. Biggest waste of time, snd the most unprofessional. Don’t waste your time with this group.

My issue wasn’t resolved and it is disturbing to have technical issues with a new car. Even though I didn’t have to pay anything, the time you spend going back and forth is priceless.

I always ask for Lindsay Roseberry to assist me when I make an appointment for service. She is very helpful, pleasant and knowledgeable.

My service guy Mike was awesome from start to finish. He made sure he understood my concerns and answered any questions I had. My service appt was to last a few days, but thankfully they for my car I?m and out the same day. Mike explained this was not the norm, but I as grateful to have my car back same day before work. Thank you to all the employees who greeted me the second I drove up with a smile ready to help me. The service department is exceptional.

Don't waste your time with these guys. Spent all day trying to get a simple purchase agreement so I could get a check for them, they offer far below market value for trade vehicles and are terrible at the most basic communication with calls/texts going unanswered. They will not accommodate a remote vehicle closing (even thought their website says they will) or a spouse with a power of attorney for a vehicle purchase without playing games with the end goal of using high pressure tactics to sell extended warranties and other dealer added products. They are a typical high pressure car dealership with ZERO focus on customer service, a turn and burn operation.

Wesley Chapel Mercedes Benz is the best dealership I have experienced in my car ownership years (I?m 72 years young). Thomas Allen is an exceptional service manager and representative of this dealership. The service tech Ed sent me a video of my vehicle in the service area and explaining the services he performed. My vehicle was serviced and detailed when I picked it up. I had a special trickle charge device installed and Thomas explained how to us it. He is very knowledgeable and professional. The office/cashier staff are very friendly and efficient. An all around outstanding customer service experience that exceeded my expectations.

Watch out with this place. They play with numbers and cheat you!!! I had to walk out. They gave me a number for my trade in a z06 vette, when I arrived They tried to lower saying my tires were bad. I told them impossible as I bought them 2 months prior so they said ok. When the fi al paperwork arri ed they said my payoff was higher then what it was so I called the ba k on speaker and also had the bank fax to them my payoff. They said they will not honor that payoff. I asked for my keys back. Again watch out for this place.

Terrible Terrible service and bad customer service from Darrell. Car brought in for a engine light on. They replace a something in the engine will update it later. Few days later, i see oil in our new home driveway. Opened up the hood to find out a lagoon swimming pool of oil on top. To later think of the danger for my wife and both my babies when shes out driving. Whoever is doing service, must of lied in their resume. This is dangerous.

This was my first experience at Mercedes Benz of Wesley Chapel. Also, I am new to owning a Mercedes Benz. My GLE was ready for service and plugs, and I had previously contacted a shop Forman I knew that worked at MBWC. He (Michael K) put me in touch with Susan C (Service Advisor). Susan explained everything that was going to be done to my GLE in a professional manner without any hint of dismissiveness nor “I am better” demeanor. The dealership is fairly new, large, and very nice. I was issued a loaner since the GLE was spending the night. I was also advised of the cost of my service. I picked up my GLE the next day and it felt brand new (it is a 2018), and it was spotless!!! Thank you MBWC for making me feel comfortable in choosing you to service my GLE.

As with all car dealerships, IMO, there is the pressure of buy it now or it could be gone tomorrow! Then there is the relentless back and forth, as if they don't already know the answers they are going to ask "their manager". Then when you want to trade in a car, they want it for nothing, but yet the one they sell you is worth a million dollars. I bought a used car, should have waited longer to purchase it, and it obviously was not sent through the shop to be properly detailed and readied for proper sale. Especially at a high end dealership, like Mercedes of Wesley Chapel. Bottom line? I would definitely buy a vehicle here again, and probably will, but always go home and sleep on it. The car will be there tomorrow, if it isn't, it was not meant to be. Ask for Rodney Pickens from sales if you go there. Super Nice guy.

I had a horrible experience. I made an appointment and then come to find out they told me it wouldn’t be ready last min. I was without a vehicle. I asked if they could do something for me and wasn’t given any options.

My salesman Ray Cannon was the best. When I test drove the vehicle everything was perfect. dealing with Eddie the so called manager was difficult there was a scratch on the passenger side door that needed to be repaired Eddie would not pay for the repair only half so I paid 225 so did Mercedes of WC. when I drove the car home the next morning I saw there was a chip in the windshield I called Ray and he said Eddie said they were not responsible for that. It was either an overlook on my part or it was chipped after i test drove it. Again Ray Cannon is the best I can’t say the same for Eddie

Horrible experience trying to schedule a service appointment. I always had a great experience at other locations where they either provide service to drop you back home or at least call a uber for you. But this lady said I have to wait for the service to be done. When I told her I either get dropped off home in one of their cars or they call uber. She said they can do only if you are 15 miles from their location and I was 20 mins away. I never experienced this horrible service from Mercedes before. So I didn't schedule the service with them. Mercedes Benz, if you are listening they are killing the brand name. I will call the main Mercedes Benz number to report this. Stay away from this location as I couldn't trust them servicing my car well either.

It was my first time there , and was pleasantly surprised at the helpfulness and kindness that was shown to me after I pulled in with no appointment. My dash was telling me to pull over and keep the car running, which I did not understand. I was at least 3- 4 hours from my home and was a basketcase.!! Mike immediately assured me that it was nothing they couldn't fix to get me on the road again safely. It turned out to be the battery, and they replaced it, gave the car a wash and I was on my way....

My Service Advisor was Mike Nankovitch. Mike was very informative and was very honest and that is rare in advisors now a days as everyone is always looking to upsell you on things that you may not need. Mike let me know that things I though I may have to change/replace wad normal activity and nothing additional was needed. Thank you Mike for everything and you definitely deserve more than 5⭐️’s.

Best car purchase experience I’ve ever had. I’ve been to 7 dealerships before stopping at this one. First of all no one has the variety and options that they have, and second, you do get the white glove service at this dealership. Only the best and knowledgeable people work there. I’m on My second car now from this dealership.

We have called numerous times and our service manager - who we have had for many years - refuses to call back. He specifically said we need a 60k service, which we did AND purchased 4 new tires. A week later the service engine came on for an oil change. I can't get any answers from anyone so I'd say in the past few years, their service has gone downhill.

Dealership listed a used BMW for sale on their website that I was interested in. I contacted the used department by phone and email and was told the car was available. I drove over an hour to look at the car and fell in love. I test drove the car and decided it was exactly what I was looking for. I told the sales person (Ashley, who was super helpful in every way) that I wanted to buy the car. She was happy, I was happy, so far a great experience. I wasn't looking to trade my car in but she asked if she could work up a trade value just in case I was interested. I said sure but I was ready to pay cash and wasn't going to haggle on the price. A few minutes goes by and then 10 and then I start to wonder what's taking so long. I then see Ashley walking back towards me with a man in tow. He introduces himself as Eddie the Used Car Manager and tells me "we have a situation." He then proceeds to tell me how another customer came in the night before to buy the car but couldn't get the financing they were looking for. Ok, not my problem, I'm buying the car. He then tells me he went looking for better financing for that customer that morning without informing anyone in his department that he was doing so. Bottom line, I can't buy the car. I'm speechless and poor Ashley looks mortified. The manager then tells me an anecdote about how this same thing happened to him recently while trying to buy a Mustang. His story does nothing to fix the fact that I drove over an hour away to buy the car. He then says he's going to make it up to me and wants to find a similar car for me but then gets up and walks away with no information on how he's going to do that. Ashley, does a search for a similar BMW in the area and of course there isn't anything available. She apologizes profusely and says she had absolutely no idea the sales manager was holding the car for someone. She leads me to the door and out I go crushed because I had the exact car I was looking for and Eddie wouldn't sell it to me. Worst car buying experience in 35 years. Worst part, it was my birthday and I was buying the car for myself as a present for recently surviving a leukemia diagnosis. I called and asked that the GM call me so I can discuss the situation. So far I haven't heard from anyone.

I am so disappointed. I am not one to write bad reviews however the lack of customer service from the manager down is truly disappointing. I Took my car in for service and while on the highway my hood started moving. I pulled over and my hood was not properly closed. When I arrived home my husband noticed all our Mercedes stem valve covers missing, 2 wheel cap covers mismatched, 2 Mercedes brake caliper covers missing. I called, left 2 messages and sent an email with pictures and no one had the courtesy to return the call. Thomas and his service manager informed the receptionist to tell me to bring the vehicle back in. I did this to only be told there is nothing they can do. When I brought my vehicle into this dealership all parts were on my car. I go to a Mercedes dealership to avoid receiving subpar service however this dealership proved me wrong. These parts can easily be replaced however it’s the principle behind it that’s bothersome and the lack of customer service exhibited. This is not over.

Do not buy an extended warranty from here!!! They will never call you back if you have an issue. We are owed a refund from a warranty we had when we sold the car. I have called, left messages, sent emails and no one will call you back. We want our refund! Go to tampa and buy from the Mercedes dealer there.

I live an hour away, check engine light keeps coming on, your service dept scans my vehicle, wants to charge me to scan it, says nothing is wrong with it, clears the check engine light, I drive back home, check engine light comes on after driving small amount of miles. This is the 4th time, very frustrating. Please help!

I had called Benz of Tampa and was quoted half of what this location was charging me. If tampa location can make money with half of this locations price so can this, I think they overcharge customers. The staff was respectful generally but prices are not right

Great dealership. Always takes care of our vehicles and touches base when the service techs have questions. Little disappointed this last time because they had the vehicle for two days and the driver called the next morning to tell me the add coolant light was on. Ended up being they didnt top off the fluids. Hope they did everything else right.

brought my vehicle in for a 20k service which cost 1,200.00 dollars.. not complaining about the price.. however the vehicle was returned filthier then when i dropped it off.. then when i was picking up my vehicle the receptionist was extremely rude.. I was very pleased with our sales person Henry. He was very helpful and was able to answer all our questions. It was great environment they did not pressure they let us walk away and think about. When we came back in the process was very smooth. Normally a car purchase takes up to 6 hours with finance prep Al the things that go into sale. We were out the door in less than 3 hours.

We purchased the vehicle from this Mercedes dealer. Our previous service had been done at this Mercedes dealer so on this particular time we called to make an appointment to get the scheduled service done. My wife planned on waiting for it but when she made the appointment they adamantly said no you cannot wait my wife said no I’m waiting for it and once again adamantly no you cannot wait for it so rather than argue, she said OK made arrangements to be picked up drop vehicle off got picked up I didn’t hear anything else about the vehicle until she was on her way back to pick it up and they said oh we forgot we’re supposed to do spark plugs and we can’t do it today. Well we dropped it off to have everything done today do you have a vehicle I can borrow? No we don’t. Sorry, we live 45 minutes from this dealership so needless to say our vehicle was stuck there overnight with no compensation so far I’m not very happy with their service department when we made the appointment since all the service had been done there previously they should’ve realized what needed to be done and I waited to the last minute to find out. Oh, is there anything else that we have to do to this vehicle?

I have been having my vehicle serviced for over four years and have always been treated with respect. It is a pleasure to wait in the customer waiting area.

After extensive discussions by phone- agreeing to turn key cost before appearing at the dealership - only to find out when I was shown the car on the lot - that the car had very serious paint issues- which I could not possibly agree to buy!! I regret that I was not apprised of that condition prior to driving one hour to find out!!!

Under Warranty, the dealership ordered the parts that took weeks to come but after 4 weeks the car was repaired and I'm very satisfied. The car is now driving great!

Despite offering way too low on my trade the team especially Viktoriia hustled to rework the numbers so I could get in and out without a trade. I feel like the team even knows that AutoNation offers too low on trades but nonetheless the people I interacted with were nice to deal with.

I had appointment at 11:20AM. The host checked me in and asked to wait for the advisor. I waited for 15 minutes for the advisor, Darrel William, to take me in. After 1 hour 20 minutes waiting, he told me that they cannot do the alignment with spacers on. I will have to pay $200 to remove the spacers and put them back on when the alignment is done. I refused the service. I tried to tell him the previous dealer I went to did the wheel alignment with the spacers without the problem. My research revealed that alignment can be done with spacers on. I tried to talk to the advisor but he ignored me. $200 to remove the spacers is extreme. When I received my car back, the steering wheel is pointing to 9 o'clock.

I just called the service dept and spoke to Chloe. She was rude and short tempered. I really don’t want to deal with a service dept that can’t be cordial and understanding to a potentially new customer. First impressions count. I didn’t know if I needed Service A or B and I guess I’m supposed to have this memorized. Moreover, she told me that if my car didn’t notify me that I needed service, than I don’t. It was the most ridiculous conversation I’ve ever had with a “high end” car dealership.

I received a video review via text following the appointment. They greeted me when I drove in the service bay by my name and I haven’t been there in about a year! These people are fantastic.

Serviced my car. I was told remote battery change is part of the service and 2 days later car shows replace remote battery!

Was thrown out for trying to buy a second key with registration/title in hand. Dealership cited a policy/practice that is made up so they didn't have 'one more thing to do for the day.' They even cited that it was past 4p and typically this is when they 'wind down.' Dealership leadership was unresponsive--still trying to reach AutoNation to get someone there to return call. It is a shame this beautiful facility is directed by leadership that believes customers (the people paying the bills) do not matter. You would be better to buy a used Mercedes from the worst dealership on that planet than step into this facility and face the apathy of every leader and responsible party. Mercedes should be ashamed that their symbol flies on facade!

Update: Today, I received an unsolicited email from another sales rep from this dealership, trying to get me a trade in a vehicle I've owned for less than a month. I'm not sure if it was the same sales rep who walked up to me, trying to get me to "upgrade" my recently purchased vehicle while it was in for a minor repair. Lost a star for these actions. Update: Trying to sell me an extended warranty?

This review is on regular annual maintenance check up only. They are great in keeping up with the annual check up by notifying via email. The appointment reminder is also notified via email in several different times prior to the appointment, you can't miss it. Just recently, they started emailing a short video record from the mechanic with the quick "summary" on the findings on the state of the service call, I thought was a very nice extra service. All the staff members are very courteous, professional and friendly, the whole process is a very satisfying experience, so far.

They were never pushy or did not try to talk me into just buying anything. My experiences at MB dealerships have always been great. This will be my goto spot for the traditional dealership experience!

as a woman buying a car without a man in tow, it is risky not being taken seriously and/or being pawned off with something not really wanted. My experience at MB was just the opposite to their credit. The salesman listened to me and produced the perfect, certified vehicle. He knew exactly what would make my face light up. The car was so well taken care of by the dealership it looked new. It drives extremely well and I feel reassured it is not going to leave me on the side of the ride, looking for assistance. Everyone at the dealership appears really proud to be associated with Autonation. That's a good sign.

When asked what was included in the $1700 repair/oil change the $50 air ?cleansing? refresher service wasn?t mentioned, I also didn?t realize that they charge $9.95 to install the wipers that they charge 50 for and EVERYWHERE else installs with purchase. They did remove the $9.95. Ask upfront about ALL of the services included in the quote just to be informed.

Our salesman (beginning to end) was wonderful (Thanks, Howard). However, our experience with the customer service department has been horrific. We purchased our Sprinter as a mobility vehicle, and despite being 5 months old, we’ve had to get it serviced twice for the same issue, within the past month. They were not empathetic or understanding with our situation of not being able to bring my wheel chair bound child to appointments. Our service advisor, Thomas, did not communicate with us, thus we had to push for information. When we called asking for an update (after we were promised we’d have our vehicle the following day), we were met with disrespect and attitude. If you need to have your car serviced, bring it to another location. Do NOT get your car serviced here.

Rodney was my sales man, very friendly and nice person. Unfortunately I had very bad experience. I made an appointment a day before to see the Mercedes suv. At my arrival they were not able to find the car keys it took them 20 minutes. It was 2019 model they said we need to replace the tires and it would be ready around 2pm next day. I told them I have to return my rental car tomorrow, are you sure it would be ready, Rodney said “yes”. They were not able to deliver the car on that day. I spoke to manager several time and she was not sure when the car would be ready . The day after Rodney called me said your car would be ready by 11:30am. By 11:30am car was ready but they were unable to find car mats. Since I have to go out of town for 3 days. I took the car without mats. I will be back to the the dealer this Monday, let’s see what happen. Looks like they are highly disorganized. I am sorry but that’s the reality.

Mercedes Benz of Wesley Chapel did everything they said they were going to do for me and more, I'm definitely going back to them when it's time to upgrade my Mercedes.

I had a 13:30 appointment and seat and was waiting for my vehicle. I was told it would take an hour to a hour and a half, well after two hours I had enough. I went and got into my car and left. I haven't received a call or anything. I think I would use the shop in Tampa!!

Outstanding customer service Alan my service person is a true Jem to the company. He stood on top of everything and kept me informed me at all times. The sales men and manager are professional, courtesy, and knowledgeable . They are not your topical sales personal. The entire team treats everyone like they were family, including the general manager. This is outstanding leadership.

What was represented as a 3 hour treatment took over 4 hours. A recommendation was made to have 4 rims and 4 tires replaced at a cost of over $8,000. The mechanic who made the recommendation never spoke to me and I was given no specific details about the problems, only his conclusions. I have asked for pictures of any defects and haven't received a response from the dealer. I have already found a much cheaper remedy even if the mechanic is correct. Mathew, my rep, did what he could to be helpful and he is not part of the problem.

Brought in for schedule B annual service. Appointment making was quick and easy. The RV was serviced the same day. We picked it up after the weekend. The cost of the service was less than we expected. It should be good for another year. We had problems the past year and off and on since purchasing the RV. It kept getting check engine lights. Service here in Florida has been fine, but up in Maine, our other house, there are only two dealerships which work in Sprinters. The last visit in Maine tied up the RV for 2 months and we had a new DPF filter installed. It has been fine ever since.

Great car buying/selling experience! Worked with Vinnie in Sales and Sam in Finance to purchase a certified pre-owned GLA250 as a surprise for my wife. The team was professional, knowledgeable and did their best to make the process as seamless as possible.

I purchased a car and noticed it didn?t come with an owners manual! I called the sales rep, Omer, the next day and he said he would get me one. 3 weeks later, I called the dealership and asked to speak to the manager. The receptionist took my name and number. An hour later I called back and the receptionist, Joyce, said they were busy with customers. I said didn?t believe that especially the day before thanksgiving. She hung up on me. I then got a call from the manager, Eddy, who emailed me the owners manual. Who the heck wants to scroll through thousands of pages in an email versus a nice bounded book with tabs?!?!? I told Eddy the email wasn?t going to work and I wanted a book for the car and he hung up on me. Never ever buy a car from here. They?re nice to you up front to get your money but afterwards they don?t care about you or the car.

Worst Customer Service…Bought a car and it didn’t come with an Owners Manuel. I called the sales rep the next day and he said he would get me one. 2 weeks later I called the dealership and asked for the manager. I was transferred to the receptionist who took my name and number. I waited an hour before I called back and the Receptionist hung up on me 3 times. The manager called me back finally. He emailed the owners manual which isn’t what I wanted. I’m looking to scroll through a book to find out how to program the garage remote not online catalog. When I shared that with him the manager hung up on me. I strongly advise not to buy a car from here. The customer service is horrific.

What can I say about my experience at Mercedes-Benz of Wesley Chapel……It was way better then expected. It started with our sales guy Brenton Gordon, who made the entire process from test drive to paperwork to driving out of the dealership, a pleasure that words can’t express. It’s my first Mercedes ever and they all welcomed me into the Family. I see my car everyday and say that I am very honored to have it, and Mercedes-Benz of Wesley Chapel made it possible.

Service and the Service Manager are fantastic and nice to work with. However, they have plenty room for improving the overall appearance of facility, including providing better coffee and snacks to customers. I have seen other Mercedes Facilities in New Jersey/New York/Orlando that are much better than the Wesley Chapel facility.

My whole experience with everything and everyone was amazing!!!! The two gentlemen that I dealt with was awesome. They were so patient and nice. They didn?t pressure me into buying anything as I was just looking at first but here I am with my new Mercedes and I absolutely love it!!!!! My salesperson Remigio rocks!!! He is so nice. And Daniel the financial advisor was awesome as well. He was nice and funny at the same time. He helped me through the process and worked with me. Overall experience was absolutely amazing. I couldn?t ask for two better guys to help me with the purchase of my new vehicle as some dealerships are so serious and pushy.

They have been great. Each service call has been completed on time and we were kept in the loop each step on the way.

I brought my Mercedes suv in for a service B to be done and I had to wait 25 mins for an attendant to check me in. Picking up my vehicle was much easier but the drop off was ridiculous.

The sales experience was excellent however their service department is wanting. Their service department botched a front end alignment costing me $800.00 for two new front tires in less than 20,000 miles. Also, a check engine light was diagnosed and repair quoted $1378.00. It turned out to be a $128.00 part that I replaced myself in less than 30 minutes. Attempts to contact Michelle the service manager have all failed leaving me with no option than to turn the issue over to Mercedes corporate for investigation.

I spent $7700 to replace the turbo. A hose clamp came loose two days after pickup leaving me stranded on the highway. Are you kidding?

The salesman, Luis Fernandez, and other staff members were very nice. Luis was very helpful in allowing us to select the right vehicle without pressure to buy any particular one. They also did not tack on an additional market adjustment fee, like some other dealers, or pressure us to purchase unwanted additional packages.

They are prompt with their service, it’s fast and reliable. Susan my advisor always makes me feel important, she listens to my needs and does extra miles for her clients to be satisfied. They had my car a week: didn’t fix the problem. Neither did they wash the car or put gas in it. I thought I was buying a luxury car with luxury service, not a Yugo.

I have been to several dealerships and this was the best I have encountered in a long time. Luis Fontanez, the salesman, was very helpful throughout the sales process, were other staff members involved. I highly recommend this dealership.

The dealership charged more labor hours than the recommended standard to change four motor mounts and the upper and lower pulleys. Initially, they wanted me to pay 13 hours more than the recommended 5.5 hours to perform the job, I ended up paying them 1 hour more.

The experience of purchasing the vehicle was positive. The sales associate was very helpful. Less than a month after the purchase, at least 1 other sales person spammed my email, trying to get me to trade-in the vehicle on a new one.

The service for the repair was very good. However, my car has less than 22,000 miles on it and this was the 2nd wheel sensor that went out. It rendered the car inoperable and left me stranded. It is dangerous and I am grateful I was not on a interstate in heavy traffic as it would not go in to any gear other than park or neutral. Also my windshield wiper fluid pump went out. A little disappointed to have these problems with a car that has so few miles. The dealership is fine and my service rep did a good job but I am disappointed with the car.

The professionalism and friendliness of this place was wonderful. Compared to my prior experience at Wesley chapel Honda which was horrendous, this place actually cares about their customers. They have earned my business. Lindsey my tech advisor was always in contact with me the entire time and I never once felt uncomfortable or taken advantage of.

This is the 3rd Mercedes dealer that I have used (1 in Atlanta and 2 in Florida). The Wesley Chapel location, by far has given me the best service!!! I was scheduled for a Service B. I scheduled my car as a drop off, but last minute things changed and I needed to wait for it. My service advisor explained that drop offs and waiting for your car are on 2 different schedules and I would probably be there waiting about 4-5 hours, but will do everything possible to get me out as soon as possible. He offered to Uber me anywhere I wanted to go l, but I decided to stay. He kept me updated on the process and was able to get my car serviced in 2 hours! He also provided me with thorough explanation of the recommendations. Great service and experience. The Wesley Chapel location will be my new service provider.

I was very disappointed with how the auto service department handled the car problem I was having. It has not been more than 30 days since the car was purchased and the engine light came so I took it to get serviced but they billed me $140 to run some tests and they also wanted to charge me to get the air filter replaced when all those things should get of been taken care of by the dealership before selling the car. I had higher expectations for this dealership since they are in the business selling high end luxury cars and I guess I expected better service.

Omer took the time to show me all of the n features my car offers and even after the sale, reached out to make sure I was happy with b my car & offer his assistance with learning any features I needed help with. I had a tired replaced due to a nail in the tire now the dealership is saying that my front tires are new and the wring size. I purchased my vehicle February 2022 from this dealership and they are not taking accountability or willing to show me proof that the tires they claim are new did not come from them. Below is an email from their general manager. All I’m asking is that they prove me wrong they are not willing to. Did I mention that I had my car towed to them on Saturday and it’s still with them. Don't waste your time with these guys. Spent all day trying to get a simple purchase agreement, they offer far below market value amounts on trade vehicle and are terrible at the most basic communication. They will not accommodate a remote vehicle closing or a spouse with a power of attorney for a vehicle purchase without playing games with the end goal of using high pressure tactics to sell extended warranties and other dealer added products. They are a typical high pressure car dealership with ZERO focus on customer service.

This was the worst experience I ever had.. my car was in service for over 24 hours, I was told that my car would done next day and I?ll get a call in the morning.. Next day I never got a call not after I had to text the agent at 12 noon to find out what happened with my car.. I was told my car?s computer was not working right and it may take longer and I would have a car to use in 45 mins, I didn?t hear anything from the agent not until I texted him and called him after 2 hours, then he told me my car was done!! His excuse for the delay was that he was busy with other customers, am?t I one of his customers???? I hope this doesn?t happen again.

The people there are caring and listen carefully to what I was saying and actually addressed my concerns. A rare find in car dealerships. And then they followed up to see if everything was to my satisfaction and there was anything that they could do to make my experience a more pleasant one…who dose this?
